This condo is for adults only. Condo has high end furnishings, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, gas fireplace, vaulted living room ceiling, fantastic water view, and walking distance to all the best restaurants in Sister Bay. Listen to the waves while enjoying the beach view from the large deck! It's the perfect spot to relax and watch boats going in and out of the marina. You can also see and hear live music from the amphitheater or simply enjoy the atmosphere of everything going on in Sister Bay. *Parking for 2 vehicles (one large SUV or 2 smaller vehicles parked tandem).

1700 sq ft. Sleeps 6. Split bedroom design. The primary suite offers a KS bed and full bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has another KS bed with a full bath just outside also featuring a walk-in shower.

Being on the second floor & in the spring when there were no leaves on the trees provided a very good view of the water. Property is within walking distance of the main thoroughfare where restaurants & shops are located. The property itself was lovely. The balcony had great furniture & the indoor fireplace provided both warmth & ambiance. Would highly recommend!
