This beautiful family-managed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront PENTHOUSE 25th floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. **SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE (March - October):
We offer a discounted $50 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.

Guests are responsible for the $50 parking fee per vehicle in addition to the quoted price.
