The centre is 1 km away from where you can shop and buy items for your loved-ones. The restaurants are 3 km away offering delicious meals and drinks that are worth trying. The sea and lake are 3 km away, so perfect for spending day basking under the sun.

Upon entering the house, there is a large common room (110 m²) with a mezzanine of no less than 8 m high. Around this loft are 2 English living rooms with a fireplace. The group kitchen is also adjacent.
