The kitchen is well equipped and has comfortable breakfast bar seating with additional seating for dining. Master bedroom features a king size bed and gulf views. Front bedroom has a queen size bed and stunning gulf views plus breathtaking sunrise views! Both bedrooms feature their own bathroom.
Walk right out of the building onto the white sandy beaches! Tradewinds has a gulf front heated swimming pool, an indoor pool, outdoor showers and outdoor grills. You are conveniently located near numerous outstanding restaurant options, several grocery stores, and easy access to The Back Country Trail. You will find plenty of shopping options. Golf courses are located nearby in the Gulf Shores, Ft. Morgan and Perdido areas.

Easy Weekend Getaway

Property was very nice. Easy access to the beach. The condo was spacious and had all of the amenities. Perfect place for our family to take a quick weekend getaway.

Great room minor complaints

The location was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, views of ocean was even great from front balcony as well as patio. Didn’t like the weed smoke we had to endure from guests next door on the patio while we were. Also didn’t like the fact we were sitting on patio was because a light storm had knocked signal out from television for the rest of the evening so we couldn’t go to the beach because of lightning nor could we watch tv due to no signal on all televisions. Called after hours number for assistance or troubleshooting and got answering service and no one ever returned the call. Everything else would have been perfect but the last evening made it a long evening and night.

Super clean 2 bedroom 2 bath with a hide-a-bed at the best price in Orange Beach

Super clean… ice cold A/C, and it was 96 degrees outside. We had a great time, made some incredible memories. It’s so conveniently located, you can walk anywhere. The people at Sugar Sands were nice and friendly. The check in instructions were easy to follow. Incredible ocean views from the front and rear balconies. We will be back!!

Totally disgusting!!!

The condo floors were disgusting!! We had a baby and could not allow her on the floors!! The condo tv was practically unwatchable!! The brightness of the picture was horrible. I can’t imagine anyone giving this place a positive rating! This was 2250.00 thrown out the window as far as the accommodations. These are accurate and very honest!!! I could list other poor aspects of this condo.

Summer Vacation

The place was very clean and right on the beach like the descriptions said. The staff was very friendly and overall great place to stay. We will definitely come back
