Toes in the sand and steps to the Gulf waters from this beachfront charmer. Experience gorgeous sunsets and all the comforts of home while enjoying the beachfront lifestyle. Well equipped kitchen, flat panel Televisions, digital cable and included wi-fi keep you well connected. Private fenced sand backyard leads directly to the water through your own private gated pathway.

An easy walk to local restaurants and shopping for staple items adds to the easy lifestyle you will enjoy during your stay on beautiful Treasure Island.

You can either rent this unit (North side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1141275 (South side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

The stylish fenced backyard makes this small dog friendly property a true hidden treasure.

Terrific beach house

The price was fair, duplex had a great neighbor and the beach was perfect. The unit was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. They even stocked it with garbage bags, paper towel, laundry detergent, and tp. I won’t hesitate to book this place again.

This location had everything you could ask for. Perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. The beach access and the privacy it afforded us was absolutely outstanding. This is a definite recommend.

Family Beach Trip

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was located in a continent spot between grocery stores, coffee shops, places to eat and cute shops. The covered patio and fenced backyard make a great place for little ones to play. The convenience of the beach being right out the back gate is great too if you’re like us and forget things often. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

This place was fabulous. Right on the beach. Our dogs loved it. Martha was accessible and knowledgeable. We loved the location. So close to so many activities. We went to the Kite fest just on the beach by the house. We are planning on returning next year.

Three week winter get away

We loved staying at this Beachfront duplex… especially since it’s right on the beautiful beach and relatively private compared to bigger resort type places… Martha the manager was very friendly and easy to contact …we really enjoyed our time the house was comfortable and homey. big enough for the two of us and even comfortable when we had visitors for a few days as they had their own space upstairs with their own full bath… if we come back to TI we would be more than happy to stay here again ❤️🌞

Great Vacation

Stayed here with my two daughters for vacation. My sister rented the south side of the duplex. Rental had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, and the location was perfect. Perfect size rental for both of our families. It was so nice to have my family right next to us. It was wonderful waking up and having the beach just steps away. Would definitely rent again!!!

WONDERFUL RENTAL

This oceanfront home provided everything we needed for our vacation. The description on the website is completely accurate and the host, Martha, was a pleasure to work with on the rental. The duplex was immaculate, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen and bath were remarkably well equipped. . The back fenced area was wonderful and being able to walk right out to the ocean was so convenient. The location is great. We were so impressed with this VRBO property. Thank you, Martha for sharing your duplex with us! Our stay was amazing!

Best location on Gulf Blvd

Our family spent Christmas at this Treasure Island property and it was fantastic. I rented the north side and my son and daughter-in-law rented the south side. The back yard was amazing. The beach was beautiful and the property was tucked away in a perfect spot. We were able to do beach walks just by walking out our back door. We went North to Clearwater, inland to St. Pete as well as Orlando to Universal. This location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The best part was, it was steps to the ocean. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Good stay for the price

very cute and quaint small rental. clean and very well stocked (could’ve used another roll of paper towels and an extra garbage bag, but everything else was great) my only issue was parking.. it says two spots but if you drive a small car you’ll likely bottom out and if you drive a big car there is hardly room for it. i drive an expedition & parking was definitely complicated. we had 4 adults and one kiddo, the size was perfect for us. she also supplied beach chairs, sand toys & boogie boards which were so appreciated! we had a great week here, and would recommend it for sure.

Great experience

This is the perfect low-key getaway for beach lovers. You have direct access to the beach (literally steps from the property), but also the privacy of your own fenced in back yard. The backyard includes a charcoal grill, covered patio and plenty of seating. The place could technically sleep 8, but I would say 6, comfortably. Upstairs, there are two full beds with a shower, and then downstairs, a queen bed, fold out couch, and shower. There is a smart TV in each bedroom and one in the living area - all with access to wifi. The kitchen is fully functional - furnished with all the appliances and dishes you need and plenty of cabinet space for groceries. There is also a stacked washer and dryer if you choose to do laundry. The owner is very responsive and friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better overall experience.
