About this property

Hidden Gem! Treasure Island Waterfront 2/2 with a pool and dock!

This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit of a waterfront duplex. Enjoy the views from your huge sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous pool and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. We have spared no expense for this home, and you will enjoy brand new Samsung appliances throughout the home, granite counter tops, full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite. All of the amenities you would want to enjoy at a relaxing get away! The public Treasure Island Beach is a 4 minute walk, located right across from our neighborhood. The inlet we are on in Boca Ciega has both sun rise and sunset views, and at the end of the inlet is a boat/kayak rental company. The unit has access to its own dock with, for an additional fee and, we offer a 10k pound boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts! (Please contact us prior to booking for more information and pricing). .
Bring your boat, rent one, or simply enjoy the dolphin watching from the deck! We even have a manatee that frequents our dock.

We want this to be your vacation destination for years to come, and we are confident you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay... even down to the beach wagon to bring your items to the beach! This is not a party house, however and this duplex is nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood.

We do have a second unit in this house that is available if you want to book with other family or friends or enjoy the entire duplex and pool for yourselves. Please contact us for more information.

This home is 30 minutes from St Pete airport and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is half a mile to John's Pass and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the public beach and snack bar.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash to respective bins outside.
Please turn any A/C up to 76 degrees.
Leave all linens and towels. The cleaners will remove them for processing off-site
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must accept all house rules prior to booking.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET BUT TOILET PAPER. if repairs needed and anything found after your stay you will be billed for the charges.
No pets in the pool. All dog waste must be picked up and discarded in trash. No unleashed dogs in the yard.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The view from the pool area and dock were amazing and it was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The manager responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at this property in Treasure Island for an anniversary getaway. Everything was beautifully updated and spotless! We enjoyed the waterfront pool and great location. We could easily walk to the beach and tons of restaurant options. Highly recommended!

Perfect size for 4 people. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and the view was amazing right out the living room window. Felt like being on the beach without actually being on the beach. The real beach and John pass was just a short walk. Excellent location.

This place was absolutely darling and immaculate, which I appreciate greatly. The owner was extremely helpful and communication was spot on. I highly recommend this place. 4th of July weekend

This duplex house is the cutest. My family stayed in the adjoining unit. It was perfect for us. The units were clean and tidy. The owner went above and beyond with providing essentials. The pool was wonderful. We booked the lift for our boat and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend this unit!!!!

Perfect little gem

Impeccable property with stunning views! Every amenity provided comfort away from home. The owners thought of all the little touches such as laundry detergent, cooking essentials, beach gear, etc. Their home was extremely clean (10/10) and thoughtfully decorated. Loved the dolphin flyby each day between 2-3:30pm. Exceptional hosts with prompt and courteous communication. Would absolutely recommend and love to stay again!

Gorgeous!

This house has everything that you need for a perfect vacation! We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, the view of the dolphins swimming in the bay and all sorts of aquatic birds. We loved the proximity to the beautiful public beach, restaurants and bars. We only wished it was stated more clearly that the pool and backyard areas are shared with other guests of the adjacent unit. Not a big deal for us, but it would be good to know in advance. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

We loved our little oasis on Treasure Island. Krystal was very communitive and the apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and my parents. I will say, in case it's not clear, the pool is private pool but you will share it with the occupants of Apt B. We were fortunate to have shared our space with a nice family and then a couple of Bffs. We shared the pool space and were both conscious of each other's noise levels. It truly was a perfect week in Paradise Palms.

Super cute, clean place! Large living room and both bedrooms and baths are great. Very nice cool A/C. The dock is nice/new and there is a working hose for rinsing our boat after a long hot day fishin in the Gulf. Short boat ride to John’s Pass Gulf access. Plenty of parking and the grass in the backyard is great for the pooch. The little pool is a nice and refreshing amenity many rentals don’t offer. Treasures island is not a big area, but this house’s location is right in the middle of everything and in a QUIET nice neighborhood. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had.
