About this property

Hidden Gem! Treasure Island Waterfront 2/2 with a pool and dock!

This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit of a waterfront duplex. Enjoy the views from your huge sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous pool and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. We have spared no expense for this home, and you will enjoy brand new Samsung appliances throughout the home, granite counter tops, full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite. All of the amenities you would want to enjoy at a relaxing get away! The public Treasure Island Beach is a 4 minute walk, located right across from our neighborhood. The inlet we are on in Boca Ciega has both sun rise and sunset views, and at the end of the inlet is a boat/kayak rental company. The unit has access to its own dock with, for an additional fee and, we offer a 10k pound boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts! (Please contact us prior to booking for more information and pricing). .
Bring your boat, rent one, or simply enjoy the dolphin watching from the deck! We even have a manatee that frequents our dock.

We want this to be your vacation destination for years to come, and we are confident you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay... even down to the beach wagon to bring your items to the beach! This is not a party house, however and this duplex is nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood.

We do have a second unit in this house that is available if you want to book with other family or friends or enjoy the entire duplex and pool for yourselves. Please contact us for more information.

This home is 30 minutes from St Pete airport and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is half a mile to John's Pass and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the public beach and snack bar.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash to respective bins outside.
Please turn any A/C up to 76 degrees.
Leave all linens and towels. The cleaners will remove them for processing off-site
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must accept all house rules prior to booking.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET BUT TOILET PAPER. if repairs needed and anything found after your stay you will be billed for the charges.
No pets in the pool. All dog waste must be picked up and discarded in trash. No unleashed dogs in the yard.

This place exceeded all expectations! We will definitely be staying again. Nice quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, wagon, chairs, fishing poles, and umbrella were great! The view, pool, and dock were the perfect place to spend our mornings and evenings.

This is a beautifully decorated place with a beautiful pool in the back and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The host is very accommodating. Perfect place to go if you just want to get away from the hustle & bustle of the normal beach trip. Favorite place ever!

The home was perfect! The backyard scenery was so beautiful! We saw a few dolphins swim by in the evening. You do share the pool with the villa next door. Restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance. We found some close by dog parks as well. The host has created an amazing place to visit! We hope to go again in the future.

We loved everything about this place! We made friends with dolphins and pelicans, and spent our days watching an osprey keep a watchful eye over the area. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to feel right at home, and there were plenty of beach supplies available for guests to use. The space was much more spacious than I expected and comfortably accommodated four people. It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. I would absolutely stay here again.Love, love, love.

This property is one that we will return to!The location, with its short walk to-the beach and restaurants is perfect for a beach getaway. The pool area with numerous loungers and chairs offers a peaceful water view. The startup supplies made for our being able to enjoy our stay without having to rush out for supplies on day one. There are beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The host replied quickly to any questions that we had!!!

There is a reason we chose this property for our second family vacation! It is consistently clean, perfectly located, and incredibly welcoming to our dogs. The host is always a quick message away and wonderful to communicate with. We love the short walk to the beach (and saving money on parking is a huge bonus!).As a side note to future guests: The Pinellas County beach community is still recovering from hurricane damage. While some areas are still transitioning back to normal, the heart of this community is untouched. Please come with a compassionate mindset and support the local businesses—they deserve it. We can’t wait for stay number three!

We loved this place. We brought our boat and met up with family that had a beachside time share. They got a charter boat that we followed along with but caught more fish off the dock. My last cast of the trip I caught (and released) a 21” trout. We saw dolphins swimming and the pool was awesome. We will be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The rental is very nice with a great outside space. Parking is easy. Rented bikes which was fun. The closest eatery is a 15/20 minute walk. Would recommend.
