Construction Notice: Please be advised that a construction project will be taking place on-site from November 4th through December 20th. Guests should expect loud noise between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Rates have been adjusted to reflect discounted construction pricing during this period. Beach renourishment is effecting the beach near complex. Use the South entrance to gain access to the beach.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo boasts stunning direct Gulf views, offering a front-row seat to sugar-white sands and shimmering blue waters. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the guest room offers a cozy queen bedboth equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.

Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen! Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking in one of the Jacuzzis, or letting little ones splash in the kiddie pool. Mornings start right with fresh coffee and pastries at the onsite caf, while evenings invite relaxation with a tropical drink in the lush courtyard.

Just minutes away, John's Pass Village offers a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and water excursions, from dolphin tours to mini-golf. Or dive into Treasure Island's adventures, including fishing, parasailing, and jet skiing.

Nice Condo and View

Nicely appointed condo and from a visitors view, the property is recovering since hurricane last year. Staff at the cafe very professional and helpful. The beach was beautiful!Some of the visitors were pretty noisy late into the evening during a few of the nights.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, everything worked properly.. the view was absolutely stunning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked. Everything we look for in a rental property was met with 5 stars. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was great and well equipped. Resort was awesome with its kiddy pool and bigger pool. Nice being Gulf Front. Allie at the tiki bar was great. She had awesome info on where to eat in the area. Definitely renting unit again!

A treasure in Treasure Island

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Very clean with fantastic views of the Gulf. We live in Treasure Island and stay at this resort for our family reunion each year. Wish the price was not increasing so much for next year or would definitely stay in this unit each year.
