Log cabin sleeps 14 people with 3 bathrooms. Just over an hour southwest of Atlanta where there are no crowds Serenity Cabin is the place to go for a mountain getaway. While there are numerous great restaurants in the area, our kitchen has all you’ll need to prepare meals in the cabin, just bring your food and condiments. Callaway Gardens is within 15 minutes from the cabin and so is the Roosevelt National historic site, “The Little White House.” There are many hiking trails nearby with horseback riding stables too. Come relax on the back porch and enjoy this great vacation spot.

There are 2 king size beds, 4 queen size beds, and one double size bed.

Our cabin is perfect for families who want to spend time together. We tend to shy away from groups of young people without adequate adult supervision.

Awesome mountain getaway

Great place for a get away!

We were looking for a place to get away and have a family birthday and Serenity was perfect. The cabin was set up well. The owner was very accommodating. We loved the porches. The firepit and grill were also great to have. We could not have had a better weekend.

Family Trip

This home is an excellent place for a family to get together. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and owners were super to work with. While we had no problems, communication before our arrival were so nice and friendly. I could have just stayed on the back porch even though inside was perfect as well! The name is perfect and thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible stay at Serenity Cabin Pine Mountain. The Cabin was furnished with nice comfortable furniture and all the necessities we needed. The owner was so nice I felt like if we needed anything we could ask. We had 14 people and was very comfortable. This was our second stay there.

Great Cabin, Great Location!

We will be returning! Our family of 13 (grandparents, children, grandchildren) spent 2 nights at the cabin. We had a great time! The cabin itself was awesome. We ate all our meals in the cabin and spent time each night with a fire outside. The cabin is conveniently located by several hiking trails, Callaway Gardens, and the Wildlife Safari.

Hughes Mountain Christmas

This was probably the most memorable Christmas for all of us. We were all together in this cozy cabin. I would definitely stay here again! The owners were extremely easy to work with and more responsive than I expected! 5 star visit!!!

Perfect for our group. Great place to stay convenient to wedding venue of my daughter. My elderly parents stayed on the main floor with the rest of us finding plenty of space for the weekend together. My sister & brother in law, four young adults ( our grown kids) and 2 grandbabies. Beautiful, quiet setting with lovely porches to appreciate the temporary escape from busy city life.

Beautiful private setting

Great space! We loved the covered back deck where all of us would gather for dinner and coffee in the morning. Easy to get too, close to Callaway Gardens which was good for us! Sleeping arrangements for 12 of us worked out great. The three bathrooms made it easy for everyone! We went through a lot of paper plates because there wasn't a dishwasher but was no big deal! Would definitely go back.

Our family enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. The cabin was decorated with little holiday touches throughout, including a Christmas tree! The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make all of our meals there. The hosts contacted us in advance to make sure we felt welcome and were quick to respond to our questions. We felt so at home and found the cabin perfect for our family get-together. Can’t think of any way to make it better — they’d thought of everything!

Great getaway!!

Our family went up for a short vacation with our kids and grandkids....12 people total. The sleeping/bedroom accommodations were awesome...everyone had plenty of room. Each family had a bathroom as well. We enjoyed the porch swing and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. We had a very enjoyable visit. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed....the owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice mountain retreat that is able to accommodate a large family.

Perfectly Named

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity! We are a group of 6 ladies who have been friends for decades. We were attracted to the property for several reasons. The location was perfect! We were able to easily visit Pine Mountain and Warm Springs. We really appreciated the number of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms. Even though the weather was a little warm, we Loved the back porch with the hanging swing, patio lights, ceiling fan and plenty of seating. The AC worked Great and the Ceiling fans inside kept us comfortable as well. We gathered in the den during the day and around the kitchen table in the evening. There was plenty of room and comfy seating. There was plenty of parking, which was important to us, since we were coming in from several different locations. We thought we might have issues with internet because of the remote location, but we had no trouble at all. The property was nice and clean. The AC, ceiling fans and all the lights were on when we arrived which made the place feel inviting and ready for us! Communication with the owners was Wonderful! Would definitely stay again when in the area!

My wife and I are retired school teachers with 10 grandchildren. We live in Milner, GA which is only an hour from our cabin. The cabin is a great place to have the family come and join us for hikes, dinners, overnight parties with the grandchildren and for friends to come and share in our blessings.

Why they chose this property

My wife loves the mountains but we hate the drive north through Atlanta. On a weekend getaway we stayed nearby and liked the place so well, we purchased our cabin and we try and go often. We have a small farm so I can't be too far away from milking my goats, gathering eggs, are riding my mule and horse.

What makes this property unique

The back porch is a great place to sit and watch squirrels and occasional deer while you drink in the quiet woodland atmosphere and enjoy a cup of coffee. Our home will feel like home, as Christians, we have covered the home with reminders of faith, and Scripture. Gas logs warm the living room where the leather couch is great to nap on, watch TV, or read.
