Well-kept holiday home with roof terrace

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out.
The modern, connected villas are implemented in several ways. The shape of the roofs refers to different water birds. Because of the sheltered location of these villas you can fully enjoy your privacy. You not only have access to a garden with garden furniture, but also a large roof terrace and in some houses a gas fireplace is present. This type is also available in a disabled version (NL-4484-17). This version has an adapted bathroom and an extra large bedroom on the ground floor.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Ein sehr schöner Villenpark zum entspannen. Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen und mit schönen Spaziergängen die schöne Natur genießen und relaxen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer kleiner Dachterasse und einem kleinen Garten lässt keine wünsche offen. In der großen Küche können Sie, wie zu Hause, ein schönes Gericht kochen und mit Ihren Lieben am großen Esstisch geniessen. Mit einem Spielplatz indoor und outdoor, diversen Trampolinen, einem kleinen Spielstrand mit Sprungturm, einem beheizten indoor Wasserspielplatz mit 2 Rutschen und einem beheizten Innen- und Außenbecken, kann auch jeder Kinderwunsch erfüllt werden. Wären Ihre Kinder im Wasserbad spielen, genießen Sie einfach die Sauna oder den Whirlpool und entspannen. Bei Tagesausflügen, zu den sehr schönen alten Städten oder an den nahe gelegenen Strand der Nordsee, kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Damit Sie die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen können, empfiehlt es sich, Fahrräder mitzubringen oder im Park zu mieten. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub mit sehr netten Nachbarn und Angestellten des Park erwartet Sie. Von uns gibt es für diesen Park eine Preis / Leistung Bewertung von sehr gut und wir freuen uns schon wieder in Kortgene Urlaub machen zu dürfen und sagen nochmal ganz lieb Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Die Buchung war sehr schwierig und hat uns einige Nerven gekostet. Wir hatten bei einem ausgewählten Ferienhaus im Ferienpark in Kortgene, ( Holland) für die Familie mit 7 Personen und einem Hund eine feste Buchung mit bereits zugesandtem Voucher und erhielten 4 Tage vor der Abreise eine Stornierung ohne jegliche Begründung. Erst durch eine massive Intervention bei Belvilla in der Schweiz bekamen wir dann noch ein ähnliches FH gebucht. Das FH war dann ok, aber es wäre sinnvoll gewesen der Hinweis, das wir Toilettenpapier und normale Handtücher mitbringen müssen. Das sind wir nicht gewöhnt.

Het huisje is beduidend minder luxe dan vorig jaar. Een wc minder, een douche minder, een stuk kleiner, de bank en stoelen zitten niet comfortabel. We hebben een koelkast minder. Geen koekenpan, die moesten we bij de receptie bij halen. En we hebben voor ons idee hetzelfde huisje geboekt dan vorig jaar en toch kregen we een ander toegewezen.
