Hi there! We are offering a part of our home - lower guest apartment with full access to kitchen and upper level rooms - just in time for the SuperBowl! This space is perfect for guests who want a unique Minnesota experience. Lower guest apartment had full size bed, single size bed, private bath and shower, mini fridge, bar sink kitchenette and TV. Access is through main entrance of home. Full 4 car driveway for use.

This home is located along the French Park and Medicine Lake Trails. Located just north of the of Medicine Lake shore where there are a variety of opportunities for outdoor exploration. Hiking trails galore.
A heard of five deer were just grazing in the back yard. Build a bon fire and sit under the stars. Do some winter grilling on the deck. A suburban, country home!

The space

Located just 15 minutes away from downtown, blocks away from a major highway, and 5 minutes to key retail, such as Target, Walgreens, and the grocery store!

Living room, sun room, fireplace room. Granite counter tops in kitchen, dining room table. Complimentary wifi. Roku Firestick, Netflix, Amazon Prime video and TV apps available on TV. You will have access to full house (except upstairs bedrooms) includes main floor and rec room. We have 1 queen and 1 full size bed, but have great sectional for sleeping and can also accommodate air mattresses if you'd like.

For an additional fee, the refrigerator and cabinets, bar, and wine chiller can be fully stocked with groceries and alcoholic beverages of your choice. Complimentary use of a Keurig and coffee K-cups and tea will be available.

This French Park home is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States.
Access to trails, parks, retail, grocery and liquor stores along with several major highways in just minutes. Amazon Prime is also available. This means you can have shopping at your fingertips! They can deliver from restaurants, liquor stores, and deliver all items you may need during your stay. (There may be a fee for some services)

Getting around

Uber, Lyft or Taxis are all available in the neighborhood.
