The house was exactly how it looked online. With a family room downstairs as well as the main living room, the house worked perfectly for our large family group - some could visit while others watched sports. The outdoor space was very nice to hang out and visit. All worked great for our group of 11. Also the location was quiet but convenient for shopping and eating out.

This property was everything we expected and more. Could not have been more perfect for our three generations from Papa and Mor Mor all the way down to our 9, 7, and 5 year old grandchildren . There was something for everyone and we loved sitting on the back patio playing giant Zenga, and all the other games.The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and a number of extras such as coffee, teas, even vanilla and cinnamon syrup. We would definitely return if we’re ever back in the Minneapolis area!

Nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. Plenty of space to gather around a table for games at night and for coffee in the morning. Nice for our girls "weekend" of shopping and concert at Chanhassen. Plenty of beds for all!

Joanne was very attentive and accommodating. The house is decorated nicely and is very comfortable for a larger family or multi-family with a suite downstairs of a sitting room with TV, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Beds varied from firm to very firm but all comfortable. I would highly recommend Olive and Oak.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home was lovely, comfortable, and provided a great atmosphere for our family gathering. We truly enjoyed spending time together and making wonderful memories.The home was well maintained and had a welcoming feel. I especially appreciated having a beautiful space where our family could come together and enjoy one another.I do have a couple of recommendations that I believe would make an already great home even better. I would suggest enlarging the bathroom, if possible, as a little additional space would make it more comfortable for guests. I would also recommend adding a television to the primary bedroom. We had a very busy stay with family activities, and there were times when I simply wanted to retreat to the bedroom, relax, and watch a little TV before calling it a night.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home and a great space for our family to gather

Olive Oak was the perfect house for our family reunion of 6 adults and 3 children aged 7 and under. The property is tree lined and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. The indoor space was well laid out, with many seating options allowing us to be together while also offering space to spread out. The kids loved the playground, sandpit and tree swing as well as the hidden playroom. The adults enjoyed the shaded patio space, fire pit, bbq grill and outdoor games. The property was well stocked with plenty of kitchen dishes, silverware, glassware and coffee cups for our large group as well as plastic cups, dishes and spoons for the toddlers. The stocked coffee bar with flavored syrups and assorted teas was a welcome treat. Communication with the owners was excellent, with responses always polite and prompt. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

The house is spacious with many bedrooms and everything is so comfortable. The host was so responsive and nice. My group had a fantastic stay. I would absolutely stay at Olive and Oak again.
