2 bedroom condo with spectacular mountain views of the Park City Resort.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is directly across from the Park City Canyons Village parking gondola. The newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and new cabinets. The dining room table is in front of the picture window with a great view of the resort. The living room has large sectional seating with fireplace and cable tv over the mantle.
Each bedroom has a queen bed. The main bathroom has all new tile and a jetted tub. The second bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom.
The unit is fully furnished including kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans etc. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave are also provided.
There is a hot tub and on site laundry at the bottom of the stairs.
Besides being directly across from the resort, it is also on the main bus line. Park City's bus transportation system is free hop on - hop off. If you are driving a car there is plenty of parking off-street.
Sundance and other Holiday periods may require a 7 night minimum.

Please remove shoes when entering and use the boot trays for wet and muddy
shoes. Salt and dirt is hard to clean out of the carpet.
No Pets or Smoking are allowed.
Check in
Check in time is 3pm unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the unit is
cleaned before you arrive.
• Please close curtains for picture window at night and when you leave to
conserve heat.
• Open the fireplace flue before starting a fire in the fireplace.
Check -out
Check out is at 10am on your departure date.
• Remove all items from the refrigerator. You can leave unopened items that
might help out the next quest. (drinks, spices etc.)
• Remove all trash from the unit.
• Run dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes and utensils.
• Empty humidifier if used, to dry out.
• Set each thermostat to 55 degrees.
• Lock both doors
• Do not put ANY fireplace ashes in the regular trash, use metal ash can.
• Please close curtains for the picture window to conserve heat.
Parking
Parking is limited to 2 cars in the parking lot. There are no assigned spaces.
The owner assumes no responsibility for charges incurred for cars that are towed or
any damage to a renters automobile.
Maid Service
There is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh towels
and linens. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as back ups to get
you going. There are 3 supermarkets on RT 224 (Smith’s, aFreshMarket and
MarketPlace) that you probably passed on the way into town for additional supplies
and groceries.
Fireplace
Firewood is not provided. The Association does not want it stored on the decks or
walkways. Small bundles or DuraFlame type logs can be purchased at the grocery
or convenience store.
Heat
Upon checkout please set EACH thermostat to 55 degrees.
Garbage
Place all garbage in the dumpster in the parking lot.
Area Information and Dining
Park City has great restaurants and a great variety of cuisine for everyone. Check
out the guides and pamphlets in the unit for ideas. Many restaurants do take-out
and there are delivery services that pickup from most restaurants as well if you
decide to stay in.
