PRIVATE TERRACE HOUSE AND GARDEN ON THE COTE BLUE NEAR THE SEA

Come enjoy a beautiful accommodation type 3 beautifully decorated African style for six people, a rare comfort for a rental, its terrace and its private garden.
Its southern orientation ensures a perfect brightness.
Its entrance is completely independent and you will have no trouble parking your vehicle.
Shops are less than 200 meters away, including a doctor's surgery and a pharmacy.

You will stay calm and join the seaside easily (less than 4 km).

Indeed, it is located on the town of Ensuès la Redonne, charming Provencal village of the Blue Coast, famous for its 5 creeks, and its many hiking trails.

If you do not want to take your vehicle, a shuttle serves, for a small fee, the creeks and the port of La Redonne, a stop is 50 m from the rental.

You will also be able to appreciate the beautiful beaches of the neighboring communes quickly reachable by the fast way of the Blue Coast or by the littoral.
These include those of Carry le Rouet, Sausset les Pins, The Crown whose beach Sainte Croix was made famous by the series "Camping Paradise".

Children love rides, no problem, Magic Land Amusement Park awaits them within a kilometer!

Do not charge! We provide no extra charge: sheets, towels, linens, products for washing machine, dishwasher and for maintenance.
Beach towels and picnic bags are provided as well as children's games ...
We offer you the necessary for your first breakfast.

You will also have a large terrace with a garden for aperitif and for meals a table and 6 chairs under an awning easily discoverable, all lit for your evenings outdoors.
We put at your disposal a high-end gas barbecue (brand Weber) for your grill or plancha (gas refills are offered) ...


Inside, 2 independent rooms (one with 2 twin beds ideal for children, one with 1 bed 2 people) are waiting for you.
If you have small children, we can provide you with a folding bed, high chair, bath ...

As at home you will also have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave, oven pyrolysis, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee makers, steamed , food processor, dishes and cooking utensils).

The large living room has a dining area, a sofa bed 2 places Rapido type, very comfortable for the daily sleeping of your friends (or other), 2 chairs.
Each room is equipped with high definition TV and two DVD players are available for the rare days of bad weather (as well as various DVDs).

We have not forgotten the snags of the WEB, indeed a WIFI or RJ45 internet connection is offered.

You will certainly appreciate the bathroom of beautiful volume with its Italian shower with jets, its WC and its auxiliary heating blowing.

The apartment has oil central heating, as well as a reversible air conditioning in case of strong heat.
A small safe for your valuables is available.

Even if it is not the purpose of your vacation, you could iron your crumpled clothes (steam and ironing board).

At 4 kilometers, CARRY le ROUET with its Marina, Casino (Barrier), Cinema, Sailing Center, Diving, Boat trips, Deep sea fishing.

The cove next to NIOLON, common Rove, is famous for its diving club and fish restaurant (Auberge du Mérou).

Near MARSEILLE PROVENCE airport (15 minutes) and TGV AIX station in PROVENCE (20 minutes).

A small coastal train from the station of the town serves MARSEILLE (20 km) without taking his vehicle.

You will also be near high places of Provence:
- CAMARGUE, 30 minutes ARLES, then THE HOLY MARY OF THE SEA ...
- less than an hour from SALON de Provence, CASSIS, BANDOL, the ALPILLES, BEAUX de PROVENCE, FONTVIELLE, SAINT REMY of PROVENCE, GORGES DU VERDON,
- one hour from AVIGNON
- and less than 2 hours from the COTE D'AZUR (SAINT TROPEZ) ...

Our friends the animals are unfortunately not accepted.
It will be preferable for smokers to avoid the interior of the house.

Des vacances au top. Tant pour la localisation de l'appartement que pour l'accueil, la discrétion et les multiples attentions des propriétaires. L'appartement est plus qu'equipé, rien ne manque ! Excellent séjour en cette fin d'année 2023: le logement est parfait! Tout y est: un deuxième "chez-soi"...seul bémol: pas de vue directe sur la mer...mais nous le savions Accueil chaleureux par Heidi et Franck: comme si nous étions leurs amis! Toller Aufenthalt in Ensuès la Redonne

Die Wanderungen in der Natur und am Meer waren phantastisch, ein ewiges Auf und Ab - man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein. Es gibt viele Buchten zum Baden und immer wieder einen phantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer, nach Marseille und zu den Calancques. Unsere Vermieter Heidi und Franck haben sich sehr gekümmert – waren jedoch sehr zurückhaltend. Wir haben eine perfekte Woche erlebt.

Séjour tout confort à Ensues

Heidi et Franck sont de super hôtes, très accueillants et très bienveillants tout en étant discrets! Leur location est assez spacieuse pour une famille de 4 (voir plus). Tout le confort est disponible (tout le nécessaire pour des enfants en bas âge notamment) de nombreux jeux pour les enfants, des jeux de plage, une épicerie très bien fournie. Très simple de se garer juste devant même en pleine saison. Bref, un bon endroit pour visiter la région! Merci encore pour l’accueil!

Heidi und Franck sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend. Das Auto kann problemlos direkt vor dem Objekt auf der Strasse geparkt werden.

Très bonnes vacances !

Très beau logement cosy, propre, décoré avec goût sur le thème de l'Afrique. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là. Heidi et Franck sont des hôtes très chaleureux, toujours disponibles mais aussi discrets. Le premier petit déjeuner était fourni avec des croissants et de la confiture maison. Franck nous a montré les coins au début, pour que nous puissions nous orienter directement. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. La région a de beaux endroits à offrir qui peuvent être atteints rapidement. Le logement se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la boulangerie et du supermarché, ce qui est idéal. Nous disons merci pour les bonnes vacances !

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung - mit etwas zu viel gut gemeinter Dekoration. Es war in der Ferienwohnung alles für die perfekte Rundumversorgung vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung zu den Einkaufmöglichkeiten ist fußläufig und sie bietet einen schnellen unkomplizierten Weg zu den tollen Stränden der Region. Bei den netten Vermietern fühlten wir uns sehr umsorgt. Es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sein.

Sejour au top. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins avec les locataires et d une gentillesse inouïe. Maison tout confort, rien n y manquait même le matériel de puériculture etait fourni. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et toujours attentifs, le logement parfaitement équipé et très bien décoré. La région regorge de trésors à peine cachés. On s'y sent bien vite comme chez soi, et peut-être même mieux, au point de ne plus vouloir partir.

Heidi et Franck sont des propriétaires très accueillants et très avenants . L'appartement est particulièrement bien équipé. On peut arriver avec ses valises tout simplement. Le logement est conforme à la description. Rien ne manque que ce soit dans la cuisine, la salle de bain ou les chambres. rue calme, à proximité des commerces (à pied). bien situé pour visiter Cassis, Marseille ou les Baux de Provence. Nous avons passé un séjour d'affaires de 14 jours ici. Le logement a été très propre ayant toutes les commodités pour nos 3 techniciens. Mes collègues ont été vraiment contents de la maison. Les hôtes ont été très attentifs et nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec eux. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. bravo pour l'accueil , l'appartement,tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances

ici, tout est fait pour passer d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement est très bien fait, décoré avec gout et il n'y manque absolument rien.....la situation géographique est très intéressante, au milieu de rien mais très proche de tout (calanques, plage,commerces) . Quant à l'accueil des propriétaires, il est tout simplement "exceptionnel" et d'un très grand aide pour découvrir la région. Merci à eux car nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances .

Dépaysement garanti

Un véritable petit nid pour les vacances pour les grands et les petits ! L'accueil est très chaleureux, l'équipement est très complet et la location est en parfait état. Le centre ville et la plupart des commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement la location de Franck et Heidi qui nous a permis de passer de très agréables vacances.
