This place was perfect! The location was steps from Rosemary Beach without paying the cost of Rosemary Beach. Plenty of room and loved all the king beds for adults! Will definitely stay again
This was an awesome place! The house was so nice and very conveniently located. I'd very happily stay here again. The one small complaint was that the cleaning team didn't mop the floor very well and there wasn't a mop available for us to clean, but we it wasn't a problem!
We absolutely loved staying in this home! It was aesthetically beautiful, very clean and so close to many of the shops! Glad there were bikes included with the rental aswell. The kitchen was well equipped, a little odd being in the second floor but it made sense! The one and only thing all the girls from our trip wished it had was a long body mirror anywhere in the home to do outfit checks in lol but other than that we would definitely stay there again!

Nice place, not the best location
The place was very nice/clean and was able to accommodate our whole family. However, the beach access was severely misrepresented. By staying here, you along with all Seacrest village and condominiums are condensed down to an access less than 100 feet wide with hundreds of people piled onto each other. This was worse than any public beach we’ve seen. This does not constitute what “private” access means. The walk is also much longer than described and the gate security is incredibly rude. You only have access at 6 am to begin sitting chairs and you’re not allowed back after 10 pm. I would not recommend this stay or the Seacrest area on 30a.
The property was nice clean and in a very good location. We had a small incident where the outside bike was stolen together with the lock. We reported to manager and he told us that if it was not found they will charge us 300 dollars. Not sure if the bike was found but at the end we were not charged since we could not keep an eye for the bikes that were sitting outside. Also the garage for the property was locked so we could not put the bikes inside. Overall the property was nice and plenty of sleeping room.

Nice place, but way to many repairs during my 1 week family vacation
Great location, nice home, unfortunately we had a long list of repairs (TV 2x’s, Ice maker, elevator, etc) The place wasn’t ready at 4pm (4:35pm) even though I got the code at 3:55pm, (6 cleaners showed up at 3:30pm to help the single cleaner finish up). All repairs and inconveniences were minor, unless you count Grandma getting stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes (luckily they had a repair guy fixing the unit next to us at that exact time). Leasing firm has been responsive, they offered us 10% off our next visit (after I asked), seems a bit underwhelming, especially when you only get 1 week away a year, I expected a better experience at the price we paid.
The property was very clean and spacious. It is located within 50 feet to shops, restaurant and entrainment.

Small condo that needs some work
This condo was not clean, dirty walls, floor, kitchen, utensils, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Refrigerator was spacious and clean. Far walk to the beach. No lighting at night in the parking lot. Clean towels were nice. Clean shower and beds.
We enjoyed our stay with our daughters for their High School Graduation trip. The house is in a great location and despite being right next to other units, it was very quiet! My only negative feedback is that it was unclear which pools we were allowed to use. Another Mom and I used the large pool in the center of the Seacrest homes one day without incident. The next day, the girls were there alone and were told that that was not their pool. Not a huge deal but we were never told that we were not part of that neighborhood as we use the same tram system and the streets are connected.
The house is beautiful and well furnished. In a great location to walk to shops and restaurants in Seacrest, Rosemary and Alys Beach.
Would stay here again!
The property was great. The location is super convenient to Rosemary beach, a perfect pool for kids, and to the tram for beach access. Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone. My one complaint would be that the floors were disgusting. They definitely had not been mopped in quite sometime. Our kids feet turned black after running around for the first 30 minutes when we arrived. Other than that, it’s perfect. I would just ask about the floors before you go.
I stayed here last weekend and the whole experience was very disappointing. First off, the posting was misleading. It says check in at 3pm and when they texted me they said 4. I asked if we could come earlier and they said no. We arrived around 3:50 and the place was a mess. The cleaners didn’t leave until 4:30 and the place was still dirty. The cleaners did there absolute best- it was more of permanent stains on the couches and the place hasn’t been well kept up. Also we couldn’t find anything in the house, down to not even salt/pepper or dish soap. Another thing is we couldn’t even use the tv. I still never received a response from the property on helping me remove a parental code off the tv. Overall very disappointing- unorganized process for the cleaners, no contact from property, and they need to change their check in time to the accurate time. Checkout is very early (9am) unlike a lot of other rentals.

Wedding
Plenty of room and good location. Elevator was a great feature. But a little better cleaning of walls and around light switches is needed. Walls had makes on them from previous occupants. Some furniture had stains. Ice maker did not work properly. Also bikes were rusty and some of tires needed inflation.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’ll need. (Not the case in most places.) The sheets and beds were VERY comfortable. The community was very cool and super family friendly.
House was exactly as described. Had a minor mishap on the first night when I accidentally locked my phone inside the house and did not remember the code to get in. We called 30A Escapes and they immediately reset the code. No other issues at all. Wished there was more parking, since we could not access garage. The house sleeps 16 but there are only 2 parking spots. Otherwise, we were very happy.

Not great
Location was good, but too many "private beaches," which are not accessible for this house. The permitted access to the beach is set up with so rental chairs - no room for us.
Pool was very close and no complaints about this.
The house was not cleaned from previous renters, we found so much garbage under couches, beds and tables. Dirty foot prints on the walls going up the steps. The kitchen sink still had food pieces in the strainer and the sink was not cleaned at all. So much sand on the floors, I really don't think it was even swept up let alone any of the carpet being vacuumed.
The elevator was not working when we got there and the property manager said she would get it fixed. That was inconvenient for carrying all the stuff up two flights of stairs. It got fixed after a few days. The maintenance man came to fix the garbage disposal while we were still moving our stuff in.
Fans - The first floor bedroom ceiling fan was not working, but they put a floor fan in that room. Never did come to fix the ceiling fan. The two bedrooms on the third floor ceiling fans only had one remote controller that operated both fans. (which if one family wanted theirs on and the other didn't that was a problem) Never got fixed. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor - we never tried that ceiling fan.
Maintenance issues with the 1st floor shower never got fixed which was reported the first day. When asked about it after a few days, they were waiting on a part. Never got fixed. The door handle in the master bathroom shower was loose and we asked the maintenance man to fix it the first day while he was there to fix the garbage disposal and he tightened it up. It was loose again by the next day.
Third floor shared bathroom toilet rocks around.
Refrigerate drawer left side is broken.
Smoke Alarm third floor hall started beeping on June 18 at 6:15am. Beeping and saying “Low Battery.” fixed the next day in the afternoon.
The kitchen has nice appliances and stocked with a decent amount of plates, cups and cookware.
We had 13 people in this unit and as far as that working out space wise, it was great.
This was my first experience with VRBO and I want to end with complimenting the owner of this property and VRBO and the way they did handle the Corona-virus policy as far as not pressuring us to pay our final payment until the stages were safe to travel.
