Our family of 7 adults has been traveling annually to Clearwater during spring break. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in so far. The booking process, check in and check out was very easy. Brian and his wife went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Even providing extra lounging chairs for the pool. The condo has more than enough space for 9 adults. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The only downside was that end of the beach was more crowded than we like. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Friend beach trip

We had a great time here! Highlights were looking for dolphins on the balcony, having ALL the beach and pool toys we could need, fishing on the dock, and having 2 rooms with king size beds for both couples! Bryan was fabulous and we really enjoyed our time in the condo!

Condo was perfectly appointed, beautifully decorated and spacious. Located in an area that was close to all with a marina in the rear and beach across the street. Pack your bathing suit and just show up. Would definitely stay here again!

First thing the owner and the property manager were both great! Very easy to communicate with them. The condo is very nice and location was different for us because we normally do oceanfront , but it was very nice and a short stroll to the beach. Fourth Stay at Dockside

We returned to this property for the 4th time this year. We love the cleanliness of the Condo, the location, the attention to details and beautiful furnishes. Watching the dolphins and using the private dock to be picked up by a boat we rented is just awesome.
