Quiet villa in a scrubland, wonderful sea view, near the town and the beaches
The villa is simple and functional; it consists of a large living room with a television, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave), 3 bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and two 80 cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 WC; there is also 1 adjoined studio flat with a living area (1 double bed) and a terrace facing the sea. The house is perfect for a large family; the parents could be accommodated in the studio flat.
By the terrace facing the sea, there is a large garden with pine trees and cactus from which you can see the Revelatta peninsula. There are hammocks and sun loungers between the pine trees: it is the perfect place for a nap in a natural setting.
The terrace facing the mountain is fitted out with a table and a flap under which you can have a drink, eat dinner, or entertain yourself during the day.
It is possible to easily park 3 cars inside the property where they will be safe and will not disturb the other inhabitants.

We come from Calvi and this house has been owned by our family since it was built. I am a hotel manager and I use my experience to make the house as comfortable as possible for the guests while protecting its antique soul.
Why they chose this property
The villa A Scoba was the first house to be built on the hill of Puggarella, a locality near Calvi. This family villa is well-maintained and was renovated many times; it is now available as a summer rental. It is very different from all the architectural and impersonal houses; we want our guests to feel at home in this welcoming house.
What makes this property unique
The view of the Gulf of Revelatta is splendid; you will love the view of the deep blue Mediterranean sea of Corsica, the rocky and still unspoilt coasts and the beach of Oscelluccia, etc. The villa A Scoba is a haven of peace and calm in the island; it is located in the scrubland and is immersed in the scent of the country flowers. There is a garden and a shaded terrace under the century-old pine trees; you will be able to rest in comfortable hammocks. The bedrooms are simple but all the windows open onto one of the terraces and the garden. This country house has a soul and is filled with our family history; however, it is rented in respect with the hotel standards.
