Beautiful Newer Tahoe Donner House.

Truckee Rental # STR21-01219. NO LONG TERM RENTAL REQUESTS PLEASE. Come visit a newer and beautifully decorated and maintained home in the highly desirable Tahoe Donner area of Lake Tahoe. We are interested in having guests who will take care of this beautiful home and are not interested in guests looking for a party house or max occupancy seekers. If that is the case with your group, please do not sign up. Families will truly enjoy the size and amenities of this house with decks that boast views of the trees and mountains in the background.. High speed wifi and DirecTV for guest enjoyment. Close proximity to Donner Lake, golf courses, restaurants, Tahoe Donner, Sugar Bowl, Northstar and Squaw Alpine ski areas, horseback riding, hiking and more. 5 BR / 3.5 Bath with large, meandering decks and 3 fireplaces. Large Master Bedroom with walk in closet and stone fireplace and leather chairs to enjoy Tahoe's best. TV in the master is available as well. We have gone to great ends to make it more of a luxury home than just a bare bones rental unit you will see. The house has a master entertainment area with large screen TV and DirecTV service, Dining area, beautiful kitchen area, entertainment room that boasts a bar, deluxe and custom Brunswick pool table, couches and separate big screen TV and fireplace. There are 3 levels of decks to escape to and enjoy. Decks are high so may not be suitable for very small children who are not aware of that as potential issue. 4 other guest rooms, one with a Queen and the other 3 that have full size beds.

SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED FOR THIS HOUSE. NOTE: Owners do own a dog that has been in the house in case you need to know for pet allergies.

Minimum Age to book by primary renter is 30 years old. Maximum nights stay 6.

*Will not rent to large groups for parties, events, sports groups. No excessive noise after 10:00 PM. There are strict noise ordinances in place from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and guests can be subject to fines if owner is fined for guest's stay.

*Lighting Rules. No outdoor lights to be on after 10:00 PM.

*Parking only in garage or on driveway. No street parking allowed.

*Violations to asterisk items above subject to fines by city of Truckee

This is our one and only vacation home and we take great pride in our home for guest friends to enjoy and expect our guests to do the same. If all of us do this, it will be a great house for all to enjoy. Thank you .
