There's also a jetted tub in the primary bath, an extra sitting room, and a deck overlooking the golf course. A high chair, crib, and playroom are available for those traveling with little ones.



The Tahoe Donner community also offers a downhill ski area ideal for kids and beginners, with more challenging skiing available nearby at Sugar Bowl (12 miles) and Northstar (15 miles). There's also an equestrian center and cross-country ski center, close to Coyote Moon golf course. Donner Lake is five miles away with a beach, boat launch, watercraft rentals, and more. Hiking trails abound, and downtown Truckee is six miles away.

The use of Tahoe Donner HOA facilities requires additional daily fees.

Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
