Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all used towels in the bathtub. Leave the all linens on the beds. Our housekeepers will strip the beds and toss them in the wash. 2. Turn off appliances; microwave/fridge door closed
3. Garbage drop off is in parking lot with the single car garage door! Just press the garage door button and toss the garbage. 4. Recycling is beside the garbage area. Please be responsible.
T. Ensure you leave the Banff Pass on pegboard so our next guests can enjoy the Rocky Mountains. 6. Message our cleaning team at (403) 870-9233 stating you checked out of "Mystic Springs" in Canmore.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noise is in effect between the hours of 11:00 pm to 7:00 am at the chalet – 7 days a week.

This condo is perfect for a family with kids. The location is walkable to shops and trails in Canmore and the outdoor pool is great for the whole family. Franco has great attention to detail and his communication is wonderful. Highly recommend this unit!

Franco's chalet in Canmore surpassed all our expectations! From the hot tub and pool to the fully equipped home away from home to the 15min stroll into town. Canmore is picturesque and our family rated it as our favourite place on our 4 week trip! (above Banff and Whistler!) Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

Ski Home Base

Family Vacation

Very cute and cozy chalet! Amazing communication and consideration throughout our entire booking, stay and departure. We are a large family with 4 children 6 and under. We had plenty of space and the extra considerations for littles (kids play cubby, play pen, high chair, kids cups/plates) were so very appreciated and saved us a lot of space packing!Well exceeded our expextations and we are eager to return next year!

Beautiful home away from home

Overall the place was great. Communication with Franco was good. The pool was under construction so no hot tub to use which is a bummer after a long day skiing. Other than that I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Had no issues with the chalet. Only downsides were the parking was really full and the hot tub very busy with loud guests wasn’t able to relax.

Canmore family trip

Our family with a total of 8 people had a pretty good time. Checkin was awesome and easy, communication with the owners was easy and friendly. The place was clean and there was a nice little gift for us and the kids. The pool was nice, not too cold and clean (hot tub also a bonus). Would stay there again! Thanks so much 🙂

Well appointed chalet.

We really enjoyed our stay at this warm and inviting chalet and appreciated all the extras provided: restaurant and hiking suggestions; a well equipped kitchen including k-pods; a bottle of wine, games, etc. Also, Franco was very pleasant and quick to address our questions.

Had a terrific time in Canmore the property was terrific as the kids had lots of swimming time.

Great little chalet in canmore

Great location in Canmore. Only a block away from tank 310 (grizzly paw brewery that allows kids) with great selection of craft beers and craft pop. Close too restaurants. Swimming pool and hot tub located just behind the back door. Laundry is in the same building and they do have a change machine if your shirt in change. Harry Potter room for young kids. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent rental!

The listing was accurate: spacious, clean and well decorated. Above all, Franco was wonderful. He communicated promptly and helped answer any and all questions we had. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations! Would highly recommend renting this unit. The only issue we had was the heated pool was not as warm as in the past, but the hot tub was wonderful!

Great Property!

Franco was an excellent communicator with us and made sure we had everything we needed for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids (3yo and 5mo). House was clean, well appointed and set up for us. Thank you the portaplay! My granddaughter LOVED the Harry Potter room and slept with the moose and elephant each night ❤️. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walking distance to downtown shops and services. We attended a wedding across the street at Cornerstone, so our location was perfect! We’d definitely stay at Mystic Springs again.

Just like the pictures

Very clean condo, plenty of room for four adults and one child (she enjoyed the Harry Potter room), well appointed kitchen. One bedroom gets some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. The large pool and spa were enjoyed and used daily. Location is great within walking distance of everything, but what put this place over the top was the quick response from the owner. He was on top of everything! Don’t miss Lake Louise, Moraine Lake (prettier than Louise) and our favorite, Emerald Lake. Wasn’t terribly impressed by the Banff Gondola (so crowded), loved the half day LL/Moraine Lake tour. Banff itself is very crowded, Canmore less so & adorable. Bridgette’s Bar, The Woods, Hello Sunshine, Uprising Bakery, Beamer’s Coffee are recommended. For a special adult meal - 4296 is amazing! Oh, School Bus ice cream is a must. Enjoy the beauty, it’s unsurpassed.
