The rental classified *** at ORX for 5 pers. is an unusual new semi-detached accommodation whose decoration is original and part of a sustainable development approach. It was largely carried out by an association of disabled people. The land is 5000m2 in a protected environment 5 minutes from the Marais d'Orx nature reserve, 15 minutes from the beaches of the South Coast of the Landes, 20 minutes from the Basque Country (Bayonne) and 40 minutes from the Spanish border. Equipment chosen to guarantee your comfort and well-being: integrated kitchen very well equipped on the ground floor (vitro plate, MO, Oven, LV, LL, SL, Fridge / freezer) and dining area, lounge (TV, Hifi, Dvd, Wifi) on the mezzanine, 2 bedrooms and 1 alcove (1 double bed, 3 in 90), upstairs. Garden furniture, covered terrace for your outdoor meals (BBQ), covered carport, SPA (under condition), 3 furnished areas: picnic (hammock, swing, table) under the trees at the bottom of the field, full sun and games .

Wow - what a great place to stay !!!!!!

We thank you, Nadine and Gaelle for one of the best vacation we ever had in France. You are great hosts and your place is so beautiful, quiet and so peaceful. Your house is so beautiful and we love how it is coloured and furnished. We enjoyed every minute on the terrace or on the sun lounger in the garden. Unfortnately we have not used the wonderful Spa in the garden (our fault). We also thank you so much for your invitation and we enjoyed so much talking with you, eating with you and share all the local snacks with you. Bon séjour dans cette maison, très propre et très bien équipée (sdb, cuisine, …) et agréablement décorée, grâce aussi à une propriétaire charmante et accueillante. Toutefois, c'est une maison que l'on pourrait qualifier d'atypique, sur 3 niveaux, pouvant être compliquée pour les personnes à mobilité un peu réduite (étroit escalier en colimaçon pour atteindre le petit salon en mezzanine, puis 4 marches pour la partie chambres et toilettes), et avec plusieurs plafonds mansardés ici ou là peu pratiques pour les personnes de haute taille… Mais les centaines de grues cendrées présentes dans les champs devant la maison ont été un enchantement quotidien, comme les oiseaux du Marais d'Orx tout proche.

Grand terrain au calme

Maison pour 5 personnes sur un grand terrain. Petit sous bois avec balançoire et hamac, divers jeux pour les enfants (ballon, raquette...) 15min de la plage en voiture (lac marin ou océan). Au vu des températures (30° en extérieur), la maison n'est pas adapté pour des nourrissons. À l'étage c'est une vrai fournaise et pas de climatisation. Excellent séjour et l'accueil de NADINE est remarquable.

Una estancia agradable!!! Nadine, la propietaria, una persona muy amable!! La casa consta de tres plantas, en la baja está la cocina tiene todas las comodidades y una mesa grande para poder comer, en la segunda hay un pequeño salón con dos sofás, tv con usb, mini cadena y en el tercer piso están las 2 habitaciones ( 1 con dos cañas individuales y la otra con una cama doble) después hay otra habitación que no tiene puerta donde hay una cama individual!!, y también está el baño, que el wc y la ducha están en habitáculos separados, un acierto puesto que Nosotros fuimos 4 adultos y 1 niña y el estar el wc separado es muy cómodo!! Es una casa en un entorno tranquilo Muy cerca de hossegor y capbreton!!

Tranquilidad

La casa está situada en un entorno muy tranquilo. Las fotos reproducen fielmente el interior, salvo la sala y la cocina, que he tenido la suerte de estrenar. La cocina que antes estaba en el piso superior, creaba criticas por dimensiones y ubicación. Ahora está en la parte de abajo y dispone de una amplia mesa para comer. El resto de la casa está como en las fotos, una habitación de matrimonio muy amplia, una con dos camas individuales muy amplia y una pequeñita con una cama. La casera, Nadine, una persona muy agradable y atenta, hará todo lo posible para que la estancia sea buena. Una estancia para tener en cuenta en futuras vacaciones. Recomendable.

Nous avons passé un très agréable weekend dans cette petite maison très atypique mais très cosy. ( la cuisine est très mansardée. ) Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants d un an et cinq ans.La maison est très bien agencée et très bien équipée. Seul petit bémol, il manquerai un matelas d’appoint pour le lit bébé. Ceci dit tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec des produits fait maison et de la région. La ubicación de la casa es perfecta.Cerca de todo y muy tranquila.Es necesario coche. Nadine y su hija viven en la misma propiedad, y son muy amables. La casa es abuhardillada. La entrada y la cocina son muy pequeñas, las habitaciones están bien. Sin duda perfecto para pasar un fin de semana, o cuatro días. Para más tiempo se queda un poco pequeña. Nosotros fuimos con dos niños.

Herrlich, wunderbar, fantastisch

Schon der Kontakt war stets freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, herrlich ruhig und ideal für die Kinder. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die beiden Schlafzimmer gross und hell. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt einfach und angenehm macht. Die Farbgebung in der Wohnung war warm und aufeinander abgestimmt (mit den Accessoires), so dass man sich einfach wohlfühlen musste. Wir haben allerbestens geschlafen. Die Betten waren genial, es gab eine Auswahl an Kopfkissen. Gelegentlich musste man den Kopf einziehen, da die Wohnung etwas verwinkelt gebaut ist. Aber genau das hat ihren Charme ausgemacht. Das Allerbeste aber war der herzliche Empfang und die warme und freundliche Art unsere Gastgeberinnen. Wir sind noch nie so offen aufgenommen worden. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Kleiner Probleme sind sofort behoben worden. Wir durften uns im Garten bedienen und haben jeden Tag ein Körbchen Mirabellen vor unserer Tür gefunden. Und erst das Gastgebergeschenk, das uns bei der Ankunft erwartete! Zuerst hatten wir Bedenken, weil es keinen Pool gab, aber das, was wir vorgefunden haben, ersetzt jeden Pool. Geniale Strände in einer 30minütigen Autofahrt, frische Croissants und Brot in 15min Velofahrt, der Spa, der jederzeit zu unsere Verfügung stand, ein riesiger Garten zum Spielen und Sonnen, der schattige Platz im Wäldchen, Waschmaschine, Tumbler, Spülmaschine. Es war einfach alles da. DAS IST URLAUB!
