The master suite has King Bed and large closet with safety box within. The second bedroom has 2 individual beds, large closet and private bath. The living area has a center for entertainment, plasma TV with Satellite and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to cook a good meal. It has central climate and ceiling fans in every room. The complex has only 36 units clustered within the private 10,000 square feet courtyard surrounding a beautiful swimming pool, shaded palapa and wifi. Located in the newer section of 5th Avenue, this area now has one of the best beach clubs of all the Riviera Maya, trendy restaurants and shops Monthly rate not include electricity.
