This is our brand new condo in Playa del Carmen, just 1 block from the beach in the best location, Calle 38 the most beautiful in town, lined with trees and upscale condos. Miranda is currently the most sought out condominium in all Playa, as it has one of the most spectacular pool areas in Playa, with incredible views of the ocean and other very attractive facilities such as a very well equipped gym.

Our condo in Miranda is a 1 bedroom, with a lot of space and fully equipped. The bedroom has a KS bed and we have a very comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. We have furnished our condo with everything that you will need for a great holiday.

As you can see, we own other condos in the Cancun-Playa area with excellent reviews. We will be very happy to have you staying with us.

Perfect location

You couldn’t get a better location for the beach and restaurants, and there is parking space if you want to rent a car. If you want to see the sea and watch the sunset you can go to the roof top pool and hot tubs which were fabulous. There were some issues with the building. The air con was either freezing and gale force strength or off, the shower water was either scorching hot or you had to turn it to a small trickle so as not to burn, and every night we would get woken up in the early hours to an intense smell of sewage which took a while to clear. The apartment is a perfect base if you want to be out and about during the day but, with all the building issues, we would choose a different location next time.

Wonderful trip to Playa del Carman

Our condo #203 in the Miranda building had everything we needed to enjoy our 12 days. The kitchen had modern appliances and a very well equiped if you plan to cook, which I didn't. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the warm weather and listening to the birds. Our furniture was nice and so were the bathrooms. We appreciated all the towels and especially the beach towels. We found the king size bed nice to have, but the mattress was too hard for us to sleep comfortably. The door to the adjoining room is not sound proof so we could hear their TV and voices which kept us awake a few nights. Of course what we enjoyed most was the roof top pool, jacuzzi s, and the area to sit, relax and watch TV on the big screen. We were able to see the footballs games. The view of the ocean from the top floor was beautiful. Our condo was very close to the beach and also a couple of blocks to Fifth Ave. What a variety of restaurant's and good food. We tried a different restaurant every day. Overall we were pleased with the young man greeting us when we arrived and explaining everything we needed to know, the maid cleaning our condo ever third day, our condo and where it is so conveniently located. We will definitely come back to Playa del Carmen.

Brand new Condo at the beach!!

This Condo was perfect for a vacation at the beach. The location is very nice, close to 5ta avenida. And one short block from the beach. It has a gym and a spectacular roof pool. The condo is very well-equipped for 4 people, with one bedroom and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed. We spent a perfect weekend in playa enjoying the beach, the restaurants and the night life. We loved it!!!
