Our Condo is only 2 blocks from the end of Highway 59 (the “T”). Take a right on west Beach Blvd and the second right you will arrive at your "Gem at the Beach". The new Gulf Place is our front yard.

Southwinds is a VERY low-density complex with only 12 units. Most are privately owned or personally rented out by the owners. It is a wonderful and warm group of people that have become part of our extended family. The location is ideal because the beach is right across the street, and once you are done for the day walking to everything else is so easy too! It is the perfect place to bring your family & friends!

Walk to over 10 restaurants/bars like The Hangout, Pink Pony, Shrimp Basket, Bahama Bobs, Papa Rocco’s, (less than 5 minute walk). We are also directly across the street from the new Burro Azul.

Shopping is also with in walking distance!

Enjoy stunning views of the beautiful white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico from the front and back decks. The large front deck with a table, chairs and umbrella is perfect to enjoy the gulf views and salt air while you enjoy your meal with your family, and friends! The back deck is wonderful for a quiet retreat with an amazing view.

If you have ever been to the Hangout Music Festival, our condo is directly across from the main stage! Sit on the front deck and enjoy the music for free. We are one of the only condos INSIDE THE VENUE! *NO SHUTTLE PASSES TO PURCHASE, NO BIKES TO LOCK, NO LONG WALKS!*

Shrimp festival in October- simply sit on the back deck to enjoy the music or take a short walk to the stages and festivities. *NO WORRIES ABOUT PARKING OR TRAFFIC!*.
The unit sleeps 4 in beds but can hold up to 6 if you utilize the couch and twin cot mattress. You can also bring an air mattress, if you choose.

Links to sites for umbrella, chair, bike and kayak rentals are located in the hospitality manager.
Owners also have chairs, cart and umbrella available for rent. Message owners for obtaining code to the storage area and to submit payment.
