This villa is NOT at Grand Solmar...it is above Sunset Beach. 3,000 square foot house with 3 bedrooms-all with ensuite bathrooms & flat screen TV's. Additional half bath on main floor. 2 decks with outdoor seating & beautiful views of the Pacific ocean & Sea of Cortez. Outdoor dining with BBQ on upper deck, as well as Jacuzzi. Lower deck with negative edge private pool. 2 bedrooms on lower level with sliding doors to pool area. 2nd living room with flat screen TV in between rooms, with sliding door to pool area. Upper floor has master bedroom with sliding door to Jacuzzi. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with flat screen TV. Numerous restaurants, spas, fitness centers, pools in resort. Quivira golf course a mile away. Shuttle service to all amenities, room service, daily maid service.
