Welcome to Palms Two! This large Southern style beach house is perfect for large families to gather only a block from the beach. The home lives large and sleeps at a total of 8 guests. Open living spaces inside and huge porches will make this a repeat destination for years to come.

BEDROOMS & BONUS AREAS
The home features 3 total bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and two bonus rooms. Downstairs you will find the primary bedroom suite with king size bed and full spa bathroom. There are also 2 bonus sleeping rooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed. These two rooms have access to a full bathroom located right down the hall. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites are located upstairs, each with a queen bed and full bath attached. Upstairs also features a bonus, large game room with foosball, air hockey, and TV to keep everyone entertained on the rare rainy day on Folly Beach. Game room includes two sleeper sofas with full beds.

OUTDOOR & INDOOR LIVING
The outdoor living area has outdoor dining area and gas grill on the back of the house as well huge porch on the front of the house with rocking chairs. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the gadgets and tools even the most discerning family chef would require. Basic cable only. Amenities include free WIFI, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

HOUSE SUPPLIES
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

PARKING & CHECK-IN
​​​​​​​Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

The home is a short walk to the beach, and only 13 miles away from historic downtown Charleston. We do not rent to party groups and require a minimum age of 25 to rent. No smoking. The living spaces were great. As five ladies who are all 73, we would suggest a deep clean, especially the baseboards. Not the fault of the property, but we didn’t realize there would be so many high entry steps front & back. We survived but added to our list since this was our tenth trip together, to nix high entry steps:) The kitchen and bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were good. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks!

Folly Beach Family Trip

Enjoyed our location on Folly Beach about a mile down from the busy shopping area. House was an easy walk to the beach and area was quiet.

Great place for a family trip

We were able to take advantage of a golf cart rental and the beach gear credit. We live nearby but this was a great little spot to get away for a weekend.

WiFi and TVs worked great. Downstairs AC worked great. Upstairs AC had a little trouble keeping up in the heat, but there was a portable fan that helped. The yard was weedy and not great drainage at the bottom of the front and back steps so big puddles formed in heavy rain. We enjoyed the porches and the large dining table. Overall, the house was well suited for our needs. We loved the close proximity to the beach.

Great Thanksgiving GetAway

My family stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was a great vacation. The house is large and beautiful! We all had ample space with our own bathrooms. It is just a block from the ocean so the whole family enjoyed it. And it is in a quiet section of Folly Beach, so it was perfect. We would do it again!

Folly Beach Reunion

First time at Folly Beach and loved it! 8 adults and 2 teens at the house with plenty of space. Easy access to Charleston, beach and town. Owners were responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this house.

Good for large groups

There are many good things about Palms II! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family gathering. Proximity to the beach was so convenient. Outdoor shower was amazing. The size of kitchen was great! (The extra fridge was very handy.) Kitchen was somewhat disorganized, but well equipped. One negative was the condition of the outside grill. It really needs to be replaced. Also, the sofa beds in the game room were not the most comfortable.

The house was comfortable and clean. It was very close to beach access. The only problem was the air hockey table doesn’t work and the jets on the tub didn’t work, but it didn’t really affect our stay. We enjoyed the oroperty

Beautiful home

The house was very clean and the front steps offered an amazing photo backdrop. Lots of room and we loved playing air hockey in the gameroom. My only complaint is that there were only like 2 channels we could watch on tv.

Great location. Kitchen huge. Lots of seating. Loved the activity room, puzzles and games. Some of the beds hard and master bath extremely cold in the winter. Wonderful place to stay to regroup with family and friends!

Palms II was a delight

The house was very nice —had ample room for all our guests. Both porches were utilized every day and we appreciated having the large outdoor shower and area underneath the house. Very short walking distant to the beach and loved the proximity to the downtown area of Folly. Loved we were given the beach rental credit to use —our girls loved riding the bikes to the beach and into town. The weather was perfect too!

Great Week

House is very spacious and comfortable. Great location with easy access to the beach and far enough from town to be quieter. I suggest leaving some beach towels for guests use and a beach chair or two as we had nothing for the first day. Overall the place was very enjoyable and the price reasonable. We will book again. Lou

FAMILY WEDDING

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE! I HAD MY WHOLE FAMILY HERE TO ATTEND A COUSINS WEDDING. THE HOUSE WAS AMAZING, AND IT WAS FULL AND COMPLETE WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED. CAROLINAONE IS A GREAT HOST AND WE WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES AGAIN!

This is a beautiful house! Large and spacious central room for plenty of family and friends getting together. Great for activity areas upstairs and downstairs (under the house) for younger kids to play. Lots of table and chair seating for large family meals together. Private outside shower under the house is very convenient. We have a large family reunion here every year and this house has facilitated our great times together and memories.

Get away for 8

The house was ok. It needs some updates and new furniture. We had big red ants in the downstairs bath and one of the bedrooms. We called the property manager and they sent someone over to spray the same day. We didn’t see any more live ants after that. We had a great time otherwise.

Wet Vacation

The house was fine but it rained for 2 days during the Christmas break and the streets flooded near the house. This made it difficult to walk to the beach. Folly Beach really needs to address drainage and street flooding. I’m not sure we will be returning to Folly Beach because of this problem.
