Beautiful

We had amazing time the house was perfect as we have a disabled son who is wheel chair bound and with bedrooms down stairs accessibility was brilliant.

Highly recommended

Our family (3 adults, 2 teenagers plus dog) spent the fall vacations in Benoit's vacation home. We really enjoyed the two weeks and would love to come back. The house with its furnishings, the large garden, the pool and the location near the beautiful beaches corresponded fully to the description. This and the great care by Benoit made us feel very comfortable and we would love to come back.

A Little Gem

The property was excellent throughout, wonderfully bright and clean with plenty of space for nine of us. All the bedrooms were a good size with everything you need. The heated pool was a real bonus. We loved the area, plenty of lovely walks and a good selection of restaurants. Benoit was particularly helpful and always ready to help with anything we required. Thank you Benoit. We would most definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay at a great location in a fantastic Villa

The property is a 5-star accomodation plus a sufficenty large and fully fenced piece of land. The pool and large deck is prime. Beds are good. We slept very well there. The communication in English with Benoit (owner) was nice, easy and on the point. He has a good sense of humour and takes very good care of his property. The villa is pretty close to a significant number of very attractive cities, villages, beaches and sites. Many nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away (by car). Erquy, Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale and Dinan are close 15 - 45 min.). And even the best places at the Cotes de Granit Rose are reachable in 60 - 90 minutes. we will come again. Thank you very much, Benoit.

Emplacement très bien Le problème c'est que le propriétaire essaie de faire des économies sur tout ce qui nous a passablement énervé. Le propriétaire devrait en faire beaucoup plus pour le prix. L'emplacement ne fait pas tout...

très belle maison bien située

Une grande maison très agréable avec 3 chambres adultes et 2 chambres enfants, le tout dans un état très propre. L'équipement de la cuisine est simple mais tout y est. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Le salon est grand et confortable ainsi que l'ensemble des pièces à vivre. La maison est à 10min à pied de la plage et possibilité de se balader sur toute la cote sans trot de temps de voiture.

Magnifique villa

Séjour très agréable dans les Côtes-d'Armor, la villa correspond tout à fait à l'annonce et en particulier aux photos : propreté impeccable, agencement bien pensé, finition et décoration soignées. Compter environ une dizaine d'euros / personne / semaine pour la consommation d'électricité en fin de séjour. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette magnifique villa.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison : propreté impeccable, lumineuse, bien agencée et très fonctionnelle. Une mention spéciale pour les chambres : un univers par chambre où la déco a été faite avec soin et goût. Elle est bien adaptée aux enfants : grand jardin fermé, piscine chauffée et sécurisée, table de ping-pong, chambres et séjour spacieux, chacun y a trouvé sa place ! Bonne situation géographique : située dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche de la plage et des commodités. Pleins de belles balades à faire dans les environs. Enfin, un propriétaire accueillant qui a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison ainsi que les coins à visiter. Il reste disponible si besoin. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Villa agréable, propre, bien située

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans une magnifique région proche du cap Fréhel. La villa est très agréable, propre et au calme. Le terrain est spacieux, la piscine chauffée. La luminosité dans la maison fait plaisir. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant. Nous sommes proches de la mer et des commodités. Je recommande cet endroit.

Notre séjour en famille (9 personnes) fut parfait. L'accueil du propriétaire fut agréable et sympathique et très à l'écoute des besoins et disponible pour les satisfaire. La villa est parfaite, bien agencée et spatieuse avec de grands espaces. L'hypr U d'ERQUY, à 5 mn en voiture permet de faire toutes les courses. Location à recommander vivement
