Visit this two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach getaway condo. It has an amazing balcony, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, heated pool, hot tub, and dock. The beach access directly across the street! From this condo you will wake up to stunning sunrises over the Intracoastal waterway and end your day with sunset celebrations overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The community patio on the 5th floor offers the perfect elevated view to capture breathtaking sunset memories. Indian Shores is a charming old Florida beach town that offers a peaceful escape with a refreshing natural breeze and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the lush greenery surrounding the heated pool with a spa, grilling area, and a walkway to a private fishing dock/pier. Watch seabirds, dolphins, manatees, and boats from this prime location. Located North of St. Petersburg and South of Clearwater, this condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.
Thia beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo has many comforts of home. The living room has a 55" television with DVD player, making it a wonderful spot to unwind after a fun-filled day in the sun. The master bedroom has an inviting and chic King size bed as well as a 50" television. Included in the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a 32" television. The guest bathroom is equipped with a full tub and shower. A fully equipped kitchen allows the chef in all of us to provide loved ones with meals throughout the day. A full-size side by side washer and dryer will provide much convenience. The condo grounds allow the use of a heated swimming pool and spa.

I would give this place 5 stars however when we arrived the key code didnt work and it was after hours. Called and Jessica came with a key for us to use instead of punching in a key code every-time. This isn't the reason for the 4 star review...next day after running dishwasher twice the soap wont dissolve and clean dishes. Called again and was told they will try to have it serviced for us. Next day while I was at the pool two maintenance people arrived to work on door my wife told them we have a key and this is better. She asked if they are here to fix dishwasher too? Their response was oh yeah this one always is a problem.... WELL then replaced it or fix it!! I dont need to spend time hand-washing dishes! Otherwise the place is very clean and close to beach. Also as someone mention before it is very loud when the Garbage Trucks arrive I thought once a week nope they were there at least three times in one week but that is what it is. Nothing can be done about that but the dishwasher on the other hand,,,,,

The employees at Plumlee Realty were super friendly! Great location across the street from the beach. This is an end unit on the first floor above the parking garage. Very quiet with beachy decor.

Nice relaxing Beach Spot!

This condo is nestled into a perfect spot along Indian Shores, the beach was not very crowded each day that we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked (remember to bring any spices with you, only salt/pepper available) and there was plenty of space in the condo. After hours check-in was very straightforward and easy to use. We took advantage of the free bike rentals from the rental office one day and it was an easy and great experience! The rental office was great to work with and completed our pre-arrival request of changing the furnace filter. We would definitely recommend this property to others to stay at!

Close to beach - nice area

The condo was very close to the beach and the attached dock was a bonus. The pool and condo property was very well maintained. We had a problem with the furnace filter - hadn’t been replaced since March. It was very dirty and causing my allergies to act up. I called the property management company and they were very responsive- fixed within a few hours. We had to call about the dishwasher as well. The unit itself has been updated and is nice. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Tried to rent a chair for the week but they had none available- said they were damaged over the sumner. Would definitely stay again.

Super nice property. Remodeled. Spacious. Cross the street from the beach. Negative point: Single pane windows. You can hear the Dumpster Truck at 6 am right below you like it was in the room. Property manager was super nice. The check in process could be simpler.

Perfect Getaway

The condo is beautiful! It’s conveniently located steps from the beach. Easy access to everything you need. Short drive to Clearwater and Tampa for plenty of fun things to do. Not sure if the crowd was low because of Covid or not but it wasn’t crowded at all and we felt completely safe to be there during this time. The pool was always amazingly clean and the perfect temperature. The property has an awesome little pier to walk out on to fish or watch boats go by. The beach is beautiful!! The condo itself was just as described. Beautifully decorated with the perfect amount of a beachy theme. Very clean and up-to-date. We will definitely be back again!
