This condo retreat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open concept living area with access to the private balcony offering serene water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals at home, or you can enjoy the variety of excellent restaurants in the area. Best of all, this unit is conveniently located directly across the street from the beach, so in just minutes, you can have your toes in the sand, soaking up the beauty of Indian Shores Beach! This unit comfortably sleeps 6. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
The complex offers a fishing pier, heated pool and hot tub and is just a quick walk to the beautiful white sandy Gulf beaches!

They loved having the pool, the beautiful beach and even fishing access within steps of our condo. The place was adorable, safe and clean. Lots of pans, plates, utensils and even a blender to make smoothies! We watched the sunset over the water every night from the balcony. The master bedroom and bath were very private and soft beds. We used the grill in the common space and even met some other families traveling. We would definitely recommend the condo and the Indian Shores area which was comparably quiet and quaint to nearby locations during spring break. We would love to come back again!

Dead and rotten fish on the beach. Respiratory irritation while on the beach.

The property is really nice. However, when people rent a property on the beach they expect to enjoy the beach. VRBO, owners and the rental agencies should warn the tourists that there is a red tide and there is a lot of dead and rotten fish on the beach and the smell is awful and causes respiratory irritation to many people.

Quiet Water 5F Condo - Amazing!!

Quiet Waters 5F Condo was Beautiful, Amazing. We Loved everything about it. The unit has been updated and everything you would need to make your vacation great is in this unit. Quiet Waters was very clean around the building, pool and pier area. Loved spending time on the private pier that Quiet Waters has watching boats on the inlet. Across the street was Beach access. Will definitely stay again!!!
