Water View 405 - INTRACOASTAL VIEW Condo!

NOTE: Water View is under construction for building upgrades into 2027. There may be noise, the pool is currently closed with guest allowed to use pool next door.

Experience amazing sunrises over the Intracoastal Waterway in this two-bedroom, two-bath, corner unit condominium. The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and water views with a sliding glass door to a private balcony. The master ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a tub/shower. The second bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed and TV. The living room has plenty of natural light with extra windows as a corner unit. Relax from a day at the pool or beach in your comfy living area with a TV and DVD player. The living room has sliders to the private balcony, perfect for watching the activity of the Intracoastal Waterway, many boats of all types traversing the waters, and frequent dolphin sightings as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing full meals or fun beach picnics. There is a washer/dryer stack right in the condo, no need to overpack. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to US and Canada in the condo. The complex offers a heated pool, hot tub, and gas grill. The town of Indian Shores has a number of restaurants and activities and is nearby to major shopping and eating areas.

Gorgeous Condo

This condo was beautiful. So much space. Everything we could possibly think of was available. Fishing pier was great. Very relaxing vacation.

Waterview

This was our 3rd visit staying at Waterview but our 1st in this unit. The unit was clean for the most part but the dishwasher had water in the bottom that hadn't drained out that started to smell later in the week. Once we ran a couple cycles it cleared up. Every other unit we have stayed in was well equipped with chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear but not this one. This unit is pretty outdated and could use some upgrades but our stay was still nice.

Great Vacation

This place was in a great location with easy access to the beach. We had plenty of space for a family of four. Needs a little updating and the master bed was a little too hard for me personally, but we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this spot.
