Beautiful gulf front view with incredible sunsets. The unit was a good fit. The only complaint I’d mention is the noise from the above unit all hours of the night. Otherwise, great place and I would return.

Love this place!

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it continues to be a wonderful place to stay and right on the beach. It is close to many restaurants and things to do. We will come back again.

Spacious accommodations in great location

We love this condo. We like to do most of our own cooking and the kitchen is well-equipped. Unlike most condos that are long and narrow, this place feels like home with its 2 sliding glass windows on the ocean front, with both living and dining room ocean front. Nice quiet neighborhood feel to this hidden gem.

The Beach House

We had a great time staying there. Within a mile of several restaurants and activities. Good beach access and very close to the beach boardwalk. Unfortunately the pool was not heated. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic condo with an even better view! Location is great and we loved getting up in the morning and going for a walk down the beach on the boardwalk. Property manager is easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot and Condo

Our stay was great! The condo building is perfectly situated on the beach and the condo is in great condition as shown. Check in and check out was smooth. The neighbors in the building were super nice too. We had everything we needed to get out on the beach too. We couldn't have asked for better stay, especially as first timers with VRBO! Blissful beach getaway

This was the second time we stayed at this beautiful condo. It is our favorite place in the world! The condo itself it clean, comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed to cook fantastic meals. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location away from the crowds, this is a great option. There is no better place to enjoy watching the sun set each evening. It is just perfect!

Best Condo & location!!!

We arrived during the Red tide (High levels). The beaches were cleaned daily and well maintained. We traveled to all surrounding beaches to find that ours was best kept by far! The condo is very updated and maintained. They provide everything you would need. We were 100% satisfied and can’t wait to come back again!!!

Much Needed Rest

This is the first VRBO me and my husband rented and I was not sure what to expect. The condo was exactly like the pictures and the people staying next to us were very nice. How close it is the beech was fantastic and very conveniently located for stores, restaurants, bars and attractions. I highly recommend this condo and I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Another Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at four different places along this stretch of Treasure Island and this is our favorite. Location is excellent for beach walking and walking to restaurants. We love the concrete boardwalk that runs for a mile between the backs of the gulf front resorts and the water. The condo itself feels like home with sliding glass doors to the balcony off the dining area and living room with gulf views. The modern kitchen is well-equipped. Be aware that this first floor unit is up a flight of stairs as parking is under the condo units.

Perfection!

There were certain things we were looking for in a condo and this property checked off all of the boxes. On top of being right on a beautiful stretch of beach, it is a gorgeous property! It was just the right size for our family of four. We spent quite a bit of time on the lovely deck overlooking the gulf. (Warning---it is very easy to fall asleep on the lounge chairs while listening to the sound of the waves!) If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, but still be close to all of the fun and exciting things that this area has to offer then this might be the perfect place for you! We will absolutely return in the future. Thank you Theresa for making the check-in/check-out process so easy! We had a perfect vacation.

Beautiful condo and gorgeous view

We were thoroughly impressed with this condo. Also, very impressed with the communication with our host. Everything was very clean and put together and very spacious. The only thing I think we were lacking was a pizza cutter lol. The master bedroom bed was very firm, but I’m sure a lot of people have no issue with that. I eventually got used to it. Our neighbors were so polite. The swimming pool was not the cleanest, but I myself used the net and cleaned some debris out and it was just fine. We would absolutely stay here again.

My only complaint is how the condo is advertised on VRBO. I believe somewhere on the site it states the condo price is for 2 people, it’s a large condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and says it sleeps 4. When I booked the condo is when I seen the $350 charge for 2 additional people. I had a party of 4. When I called to question the charge, the explanation I received was that the charge is because of the “ additional wear and tear on the condo” for a party of 4. Really?! I could see the additional charge if I had 6 in my party and the condo said it slept 4. I believe the reason they don’t advertise the condo on VRBO as sleeping 2 is because the condo would not get looked at as much. I booked the condo 2 weeks before our trip so too late to cancel.

This charming vacation getaway is steps from the Gulf of Mexico, with unobstructed views of turquoise blue waves crashing into the sugar-sand beach. The tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico are so soothing to watch as the sunlight forms a golden road into the sea at the end of each day as the sun melts below the horizon. This amazing location is directly on the beach. It is called "Sand Dunes" because only a few sand dunes separate you and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

What makes this property unique

Spectacular views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico await you from your living room and the deck just outside. Many of our guests comment that the view is much better in person than in the pictures! Weather you like long walks on the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, shelling, building sandcastles, birdwatching (or peoplewatching!) this rental has it all! Note that there is no elevator in this building/community. There is one flight of stairs leading from the parking level under the building to the 1st level.
