PERFECT Cozy BASECAMP; Warm in the winter and new AC for perfect summer temps - New construction 2 br/2ba 1400sqft condo with 800sqft ROOF TOP PATIO! Views of 5 mountain ranges! Roof top fire pit will make you relax. Stylishly decorated and fully equipped for any vacation. In Bozeman and centrally base camp for all area activities! Very comfortable and professionally decorated. The beds are AMAZING and we get asked frequently what brand they are:)

Full laundry, dishes, appliances, towels, blankets, toiletries, a turkey, use all the wine glasses, brew coffee, use the wok, you name tried to stock it:) *Also have a boot dryer and ski closet for apre ski to dry out for the next powder day!

8-12min from everything in town, ideal location. Restaurants, bars, brewery (coming in 2018), all within 5mins. AWESOME coffee at Cold Smoke coffee house, just 400 yards away, with our walking trail going right to it. Streamline bus service/bus stop is just down the road. Yellowstone National park is ~80 miles South, Big Sky is ~45 miles south, Montana State Uni. is 10min drive, Bridger Bowl is 20min North, Downtown bozeman is 12-15min east.

Excellent host, great location

The condo is tucked away and quiet, but still very close to a main route into Bozeman, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. The place is very nicely appointed, with plenty of room. Bedrooms are on the main floor, and living area is upstairs with a great deck. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back.

Hi, I'm Ryan. My wife, 2 boys, and I love Bozeman and frequently pinch ourselves that we live here. Maggie and I both fish, snowboard, wakeboard, hunt, adventure, hike, swim, travel, etc. try to use ALL of the outdoors:) We LOVE Montana, in case I didn't already say that. When we aren't in Montana, we love Newport Beach and Hawaii (we're talking once every couple years here, but we still love them). We are small business owners and believe in hard work and caring for people/treating other people right. We love hosting friends, out in the country, when they come to town and are excited to host new friends in our condo in town!

Why they chose this property

Lots of natural blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to everything. The condo's 800sqft rooftop patio will make you smile and relax. The beds and linens are next level comfortable. The condo has a "happy vibe" as many guests have is very welcoming anytime of year. No matter who you are, as long as your a good person, you are welcome here:)
