Stunning downtown studio with private deck and parking

Executive modern studio apartment with upscale gourmet kitchen and appliances and access to a private deck with sitting and grill area to enjoy the view of the mountains. You will enjoy luxurious linens, an oversized tile shower in the en suite bathroom, and all the amenities that make this a home away from home. Our home has central heat and air conditioning and can accommodate up to 3 individuals. There is a private Master bedroom while the couch in the living room can be expanded into a full size bed to accommodate 1 more person with all linens provided. This home is stocked with all necessary small wares, cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.

Best of Bozeman!

Location is amazing, we walked and used the cruiser bikes everywhere. It’s the perfect little sanctuary for a Bozeman trip. King bed is a huge plus! We will be coming back and referring all our friends!

It's a great place.

It's a cute studio located in the perfect spot to walk to Main Street. Clean and updated, it has everything you would need on vacation. Quiet area and great communication with the owner. Loved it.

Bozeman apartment

Perfect size for me and my husband, it was well stocked for our 4 night stay. Very easy walk to downtown where we enjoyed Shine Beer Sanctuary, Copper, Bozeman Distillery, McKenzie River and more. the private parking spot was nice as well and the patio was very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Would stay again

In a quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to Main Street/downtown, this is a very nice apartment above a house’s detached garage. The apartment has its own outdoor deck, with patio furniture and a gas grill (although I didn’t use the grill myself). And it’s a short walk to Peets Hill/Burke Park, a great place for morning/evening walks. I’d definitely stay here again on a return trip to Bozeman.

Beautiful location

The home is a few short blocks from Mainstreet. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The historical area is lined w beautiful trees w fabulous fall colors. The rental was clean (except BBQ) and very comfortable w easy access. Very safe location. It’s a short drive to Big Sky. I would stay there again. Thanks for the coffee pods and water in the frig.

Great location & super comfortable bed

Katharine is a great host, communication is easy and she is very responsive. Property is in a great location - walk 2 blocks to Main Street restaurants. Bicycles provided as well. Apartment has all of the necessities and the bed is super comfortable. The provision of bottled water, coffee, tea, and even a block of cheese, was a welcome surprise and a nice added touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Katharine, we will definitely be back :)

Wonderful stay near downtown Bozeman

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights to explore Yellowstone National Park and learn how to fly fish. Our stay in this home was lovely. Parking spot for our rental car, cozy outdoor deck with sofa and BBQ. The bathroom was great and my daughter enjoyed the king sized bed (I got the sleep sofa). We walked ten minutes each night to Main Street to get dinner. It was perfect as I could have a couple adult beverages at dinner and have a quick and safe walk back our home. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had all the amenities you'd expect. It's not a "luxurious" home, but that's not what we expected. We wanted a centrally located VRBO, with parking, two beds, a nice bathroom and kitchen should we be so inclined. And our trip was to spend time in nature, not inside a building. The owner was incredibly responsive, quick in all communication, and provided all necessary information. I would stay at this location again FOR SURE, should I find myself in Bozeman again with a small party of guests. This is ideal for 1-3 people...this is not great for larger parties. But I promise you will not be disappointed by staying here. Loved it.

Mostly excellent

The location was perfect, 2 blocks from my daughter's. Unit is nicely decorated. However, there were a few issues. The stove/oven didn't work, a routine installation was scheduled during out stay but was quickly cancelled. On a personal note the stairs were difficult for me as a 82 year old. I am certain they would be fine for most, but not everyone. I would definitely give our stay a good rating.

Great landing space in Bozeman, walking distance to everything

We really enjoyed this space, loved the outdoor deck in the evenings to enjoy our dinner and cribbage games. This space had everything we needed. Comfortable bed with great linens. Walking distance to downtown and campus. The only thing is we cooked in all our meals and everytime we cooked we set off the smoke alarm, even when cooking eggs on the stovetop. We discovered if we ran the fan vent this prevented this from happening. Other than that, this is the perfect house and we will continue to come back time again for our Bozeman stays!
