Cute Southside Private Apartment in Bozeman

This apartment has everything you need! It is in the basement of my home where I live fulltime with my young daughter so I ask for respect of all rules, no loud noises or un-confirmed visitors and absolutely no smoking on the property. My space is extremely walkable and bikeable and has a space to hang a bike and 3 sets of skis in the entryway. The city trail system is less than a block away and gets you to downtown in a 20 minute walk north or great coffee shops and restaurants in a 5 minute walk south. The entryway is large and therefore I ask that muddy gear and shoes get removed before entering the apartment proper. Being very close to Montana State University also has many perks and it is close to the stadium, Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, Bridger Brewing and the local grocery store. Parking is on the street and is by permit so all visitors need to send me their car make/model, license plate with state, and color upon checking in. Check-in is ideally between 3pm-7pm with no check-ins later than 10pm (extreme exceptions are allowable upon communication with me).
