We had a wonderful time at Casa Uno! The house was lovely—just steps from beautiful Ocotal beach. Our host was friendly and attentive, and helped make our time in Costa Rica memorable. We could not have been more comfortable and are so thankful we found the perfect spot!

Family of 7 very comfortably stayed here. It's a wonderful property and located perfectly! Waking up to the monkeys and the ocean was amazing. The hosts were so friendly, warm, and welcoming.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We were welcomed by one of the hosts, Sergio, who showed us around with great hospitality. It was a great place to end our trip in Costa Rica!

Liz and Sergio were wonderful hosts! The access to the beach was unbeatable!! The whole family enjoyed all of the amenities of the house; especially the plunge pool to cool off after the hot sun on the beach. The lanai was a favorite spot to play cards and have coffee each morning. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Casa Uno was a great vacation for my family of five. We had 3 kids aged 7-17 that were comfortable and felt at home. The lanai was a nice retreat for teenagers and my daughter the immediate access to the beach. We went next door to Fathers Roosters everyday and that restaurant was so nice and welcoming and right on beach with delicious frozen pina coladas and frozen lemonade. It was the perfect location for excursions. The owners were quick in communication and very accommodating. We hope to return one day!

Very comfortable. Lanai is wonderful space to listen to waves while eating breakfast and the small pool a great place to relax in the shade. Easy access to beach and to eating at Father Roosters. Liz and Sergio are awesome hosts.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Playa Ocotal! It was nice to be just steps from the beach, and the calm water was perfect for our two-year-old granddaughter. The community pool was also nice. Groceries and dining options were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa uno was a great place to stay! 2 minutes to a great dinner (Father Rooster), a beautiful beach, and relaxing pools. It's a lovely setting and had everything we needed. Sergio was there for check in and check out and he was delightful! Communication with the hosts was excellence. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

We stayed at Casa Uno for 8 days. It is even nicer than the photos show. It feels larger than we expected and had everything we needed for a great stay. We hope to be back!

The place was comfortable with plenty of room for a family. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The house is right on the very excellent beach. It is a beautiful beach with interesting things to do for the children and adults alike. I would hundred percent stay there again and next time I would hope to bring my grandchildren. The bathrooms are well appointed, there are three in the house, so it is good for family vacations. Our first flight had a malfunction and we arrived a day later than expected and the hosts were understanding and supportive. The house was clean organized and had everything you needed 10 out of 10 no notes.

Relaxing Family Stay

Beautiful and well maintained property. Beach is accessible right from the back yard. Although it is a public beach, it felt like a private beach as there were not many people there. Right next to a great restaurant and 10 minute drive to Coco beach area where there are lots of options for dining/shopping. Check-in/out was great with attentive property manager, Sergio.

Beautiful condo

Condo was well appointed and well stocked, lots of room to spread out. Owner was very helpful and accommodating to any needs we might have had. Enjoyed the direct access to the beach and outdoor shower.

Perfect beachside rental for 3 couples

Loved hearing the waves. The beach was quieter than the main beaches which suited us. It is a litle bit of a drive to get to some of the adventure tour areas if you are planning that into your trip.
