Welcome to The Palms Villa #1, a 5-Star luxury 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, two-story beachfront villa located in the Palms Private Residence Club of Playa Flamingo.



Villa #1 offers over 2,200 square feet of luxury beachfront comfort. This villa boasts 2 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private outdoor patio overlooking the divine views of the Pacific Ocean. This space truly displays the spectacular sunsets that make Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica famous. The beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water is only a mere 50 steps from your patio.



Upon entering the master suite, you are greeted with only the highest quality finishes. The tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a cool breeze during the day and night as you vacation in paradise. Wake up in your large, comfortable king-size bed, grab your fresh Costa Rican coffee, and walk out onto your own extended oceanfront balcony. Your relaxation and privacy are forefront at the Palms.



The guest bedroom offers the same tall and vaulted ceilings as the master. Inside, you will find a queen bed, and also a large loft that sleeps two kids. This is a great space for your friends, or the children coming along. The loft's lighting can be controlled from up in the loft or down in the bedroom.

The Palms is a gated community with 24-hour security, a large BBQ area, a gym with an ocean view, and an infinity pool that melts into the Pacific Ocean. Take advantage of The Palms’ 24 hour/7 days a week secured parking and guardhouse to watch over your car. Alongside these many world-class amenities, this community is within walking distance to many local restaurants which offer food from local gastronomy to Italian. If you feel like really indulging yourself, let The Palms' in-house chef service prepare and serve you a fabulous gourmet meal in the villa or by torchlight right by the beach. The Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.



We are located close to Waterfalls, surfing, fine dining, beach dining, zip-lining, pottery farms, organic farms, caves, cliff diving, jet skis, catamaran tours, nightlife, jungle tours, river tours, and anything else you can imagine. With the 24 hr staff within the complex any need can be attended to. We have English-speaking contacts no matter the hour or day.

Wonderful property and location

The location is amazing! We loved being able to wake up and walk right out to the beach. The beach was not crowded and we loved having kayaks, biggie boards, etc at our fingertips. The staff working the grounds were top notch, friendly and attentive. There is restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Paradise in the rain...

Unfortunately it rained the entire trip but we had a nice sized patio that allowed us to stay outside even in the downpours. The AC in the master broken but was fixed immediately. This is impressive. The grounds are well kept and there is always someone looking out for the guests. Can't think of anything

We had an incredible vacation and this villa was a fantastic home base for all of our adventures! Costa Rica was amazing and there were a ton of very cool activities to choose from.The villa was immaculate, the beach and property were simply beautiful and there were a ton of amenities and activities.We followed a tip from other reviewers and rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay. Having the golf cart was very convenient for getting around the Playa Flamingo area (restaurants, ice cream, shops, supermarket, etc). The golf cart was dropped off at the villa right after we arrived and picked up right before we left for the airport.We coordinated the golf cart, airport pick-up/drop-off, and all the excursions we went on (driver picks you up) through Alonso who is the property manager. Alonso really was the star of the show and every single thing we coordinated through him was seamless and without issue. He provided a detailed tour book ahead of time and we coordinated timing of all our activities over text. A helpful tip - there’s a Banco BCT outdoor ATM at the corner of Marina Flamingo (just to the left of the bright pink Cremrica sign). It’s not listed on google maps so I was going a lot farther to the Banco Nationale and Bank of Costa Rica ATM’s which ran out of money. Banco BCT didn’t run out of money and it dispenses colones & dollars.Costa Rica was by far our best, most exciting vacation yet and will be our vacation benchmark going forward!

Family Vacation

This condo was amazing. The property manager and checkin process was very smooth and efficient. We were very pleased with the short steps to the beach and access to gorgeous pool. We booked a couple of excursions through Dennis and his team of Carlos and Juan Carlos. They were first class trips - attention to detail and safety - yet entertaining and like family by the end of the week. We highly recommend this property and all of it's amenities!!

More than expected!

We could not have been more pleased. From the cleanliness to location to the concierge to the sunsets to falling asleep with the calming ocean waves to the beautiful grounds and so much more. The staff was always available and very prompt to answer any requests. God’s creation is on display!

Picture Perfect

The entire property and its staff could not be better. We stayed in Condo #1 and loved it. My wife and I with three teen daughters were very comfortable and impressed with everything. The unit was beautiful and very well appointed with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and always there to help with anything we needed. We rented a car from Liberia airport and drove there ourselves which is my one regret. The roads there are very rough and not well marked. I would suggest taking a shuttle to the property and having the concierge get a car for you if you plan on road trips. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart when there to get around to the marina and local restaurants. My girls loved cruising around in it. We stayed there in late May which is the start of the rainy season but it still gave us plenty of sunshine. The sunset cruise is a must. Thanks again to the Staff at the Palms! Nick M

Extraordinary Beachfront Villa

Gated private community beachfront. Friendly and attentive staff taking care of whatever we needed. Beautiful, swimmable beach with a large infinity pool and adult only pool. First class accomodations and was a great base of operations for the four of us as we explored Guanacaste. They delivered jet skis on the beach and we went out on a private boat charter at Playa Portrero. We taught our niece to snorkel in the pool and she crushed multiple locations off the boat. We caught and released rooster fish, black tipped reed shark, moray eel and scorpion fish - was the most exotic fishing I have ever done. The owners offered to arrange transportation, very nice, but we opted to drive and they were very helpful in answering questions and providing local guidance before we arrived. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Costa Rica, this trip absolutely exceeded expectations. It was an awesome adventure every day, beautiful welcoming people and fun all day every day from start to finish. Had me looking at property. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Benjamin and family for sharing your home, Pura Vida!

Perfect vacation destination. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the ocean, pools, and nearby restaurants. Flamingo is one of the best beaches in Guanacaste - we will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect.

We spent a few days here for some rest and relaxation. This property has everything as described and more. Perfect location, very clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and 24-7 security made it feel very safe at all hours of the day. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t let this go if it’s available!

Wonderful!

We recently stayed over spring break at this property. It was perfect for a family of five. We have two teenagers, who loved every second! We rented a golf cart through the Conceirge for our stay. They made sure it was there when we arrived. We were able to take it to the grocery store to get snacks for the week. It was perfect for taking a ride to dinner.We will definitely be back!

#1 Villa

I dont know where to start but I truly want to keep this unit a secret. We didnt have a problem with anything. Kitchen was great and even had condiments for cooking. Love the 3 full bathrooms and the a/c in every room which kept the villa cool and comfortable after being out in the heat. 3 great tv,s, most places have cheap tv,s and the villa had Samsungs. Love the swinging chair on the master balacony. We didnt have to open the doors at night to enjoy the sound of the waves that helps us sleep, the sound could be heard and this put us to sleep. View from both balconies was outstanding. Message tent 20 feet from the balcony that opens up to the beach, we enjoyed messages for the entire family. Becah was about 30 steps and the pool about the same. Anthony at the poolside bar was great with the drinks, Jose and the entire staff was awesome and we never had to lift a finger for beach and pool loungers. Never had a 24 hour conciegre service and they were great, they set up all of our excursions and the chef who cooked at our villa. Room service was great from Coco Loco and the golf cart is a must sine we didnt rent a car. Gym was next door and it was a nice one to get a good work out and had a view of the beach. House keeping was great and did a great job cleaning the villa daily. If you rent this unit, please take care of it, the owners have done a great job and we will only rent this unit when we return. Thanks for opening up your villa to us and hope to return soon.

Best VRBO Ever

We’ve stayed in numerous VRBOs in several countries. This was our best one yet! It’s the end unit of a place that’s not a “resort” in the traditional sense, but is for all intents and purposes. The combination of the best beach in Costa Rica right out the door, with amazing facilities (wow ~ that pool!), great restaurants within walking distance and a gracious, happy staff makes this the perfect beach vacation.
