A SPECTACULAR PRIVATE VILLA! This custom designed 3 bedroom / 3 bath home located in the beach-side resort of Reserva Conchal is a quick 3 minute golf cart ride from the home-owners private beach club, to which you have full access to. Top quality finishes throughout with Turkish travertine floors, marble vanities and quartz kitchen counter tops. Aesthetically pleasing architectural details are featured in every area of the villa to create an ambiance of sheer luxury and relaxation.

Three separate buildings seemingly float on the central swimming pool featuring a beautiful crying-wall water sculpture that sparkles by day and adds the sound of gently falling water by night: The first two buildings are master bedroom suites complete with feature ceilings, outdoor showers, top quality beds and linens. Remote controlled roller blinds provide privacy on demand in each of the bedrooms and on the golf course side of the main living area. The third building is divided into two spaces that include the queen size bedroom/bathroom on one side and the main living area on the other with state of the art, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room with its hand-crafted wooden barrel ceiling and glorious views to the golf course and hills beyond as well as the internal courtyard. Come nightfall, the pool lighting and carefully planned indirect lighting features throughout the villa create a very unique and relaxing environment.
The villa is well-equipped with high-speed wifi, cable TV, smart TV's and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, including state-of-the art induction cook top.

Guests have access to all of the homeowner amenities at the resort. Free shuttle service on demand to take you anywhere within the resort. Access to Catalinas, the magnificent 55,000 square foot Private Beach Club featuring fine dining and casual restaurants with service on the beach and poolside, an 80-meter oceanfront swimming pool, a state-of the art fitness facility, separate children's pool, hot tubs, a full service spa, beauty salon, a 24-hour medical center and business center and a variety of activities such as jet skis, wake-boarding, kayaks, stand-up paddle, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles, fishing and diving trips. Perfect get away

This was a wonderful getaway. The house was perfect for a family with teens. We each had a comfortable room, with a great central room to hang out as a family. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, and the host was extremely responsive to all questions.

Wonderful House

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this proprty in Playa Conchal. The house looks incredible in the photos, and they are absolutely the same in person. The house is literally build around the pool! We came down with several other families who stayed in condo’s on the property, jealousy would be a good adjective to describe how they felt about our accomodations compared to theirs. The golf cart included with the house was a huge help in getting around the development. Neil, the property manager, couldn’t have been more responsive.

Way Beyond 5 Stars!

EVERYTHING about this property is AMAZING! The 6 of us (3 married couples ages 42-56) stayed here from June 23rd - 30th. The weather was amazing and the property was more than we expected. The property owner (Isma) went way above and beyond with answering my questions, helping with airport transfers, showing us around the property, helping with tours and providing some extra requests before arrival. The private beach club associated with the property is also AWESOME! Beachfront access, resort staff will carry the beach chair down to your requested spot on the beach, beautiful pools, biking, paddle boards, & kayaking included. Resort restaurant and super clean bathrooms within steps of the beach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY and enjoy all Costa Rica has to offer! Pura Vida!

Exotic and serene

The villa is very unique and well crafted, suited perfectly to it's surroundings. Reserva Conchal offers a very safe and upscale experience, offering a private beach club with pool, restaurants beach access and a spa. We had a private chef for 3 nights which was very good and reasonable. Juan and Maria at letmecook4you@hotmail.com Also Dee is available for any daily adventures. He speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about the country. We will be back, again!

This was our third stay in Neil's perfect house. Once again, everything was wonderful. We have made so many family memories at the amazing house pool as well as at the Beach Club pool and restaurant and at Playa Conchal. The Reserva Conchal concierge is the best! They arranged for the meal of a life time at the W Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Sam, with the Westin photography services, is brilliant. She took the most gorgeous family photos and graduation photos of my daughter. We've stayed in Neil's house three times in June which is the "rainy season"; however, the rain has never been a problem. This trip it only rained one evening of the 7 days. We will be back, again!

Paradise

We had the vacation of a lifetime in your beautiful house. The house and location was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenage daughters felt like they were living a dream life with the beautiful pool and the outdoor showers. The beauty of Reserva Conchal is beyond words. We so much wildlife and everything was blooming. And... the Beach Club and Playa Conch were unbelievable. Again, the movie star life for our daughters with very attentive pool service - delicious food and mocktails served by very happy, beautiful Costa Ricans. Finally, Kathy was so friendly and helpful. We loved chatting with her - a wealth of information. It was an experience that won't be topped. Nothing could've made it better.

Intriguing and delightfully designed house - really liked it! Fantastic beach that's accessible in the golf cart in 5 minutes. Loved the overall neighborhood location. Small improvement would be replacing the dishwasher.

Great location

Very pretty house. Great location in a gated community with easy access to the beach. Just to note, there are also roller blinds in the master bathroom so we had to be extra careful about full privacy. We stayed with our 17, 12, and 8 year old children. There were no pool safety concerns with the youngest. There was plenty of room to move around the pool.

An Amazing Getaway!

This villa was an amazing rental for my family of 4. Our teenagers each had their own bedroom and bathroom and we all throughly enjoyed our vacation in this villa and at Reserva Conchal resort. The house was beautifully decorated and is true to the pictures on the listing. The pool is accessible to all bedrooms, there is plenty of privacy and fun was had by all. The villa is well appointed, the kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for cooking or eating, and the washer and dryer is convenient. We enjoyed the golf cart, the beach club, the beautiful beach, the restaurant at the beach club and restaurants in close by Brasilito and near Flamingo Beach. We also went golfing and used the driving range which is right out the back door! Isma, the host, was wonderful- was really helpful and super responsive. We will be back! This is one of our best-ever Vrbo rentals.

Luxury is right

We chose this home for a relaxing stay with our parents to celebrate my wife’s and my father in law’s birthdays. It was everything pictured in the listing and more. This house is essentially built around the pool which takes up the entire central area. Every wall facing the interior of the home is glass, with sliding doors out to the pool!! You could literally open the door in the master and step right into the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were great. Especially the outdoor shower! What stands out about this home is the fact that everything you would need is there. There is laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, bug spray, shampoo and conditioner. This is the most well appointed kitchen we have ever seen in a rental home. It’s all there for you! The golf cart was great to get over to the beach club. You can only drive it within Reserva Conchal (not outside the gates). And the beach club was amazing. Tip for the beach club - be sure to wear sandals when getting out of the pool as the teak under the deck chairs gets very slippery! As far as this area is concerned, you will probably need a rental car if you want to get groceries or other supplies or go out to dinner somewhere other than the beach club or the pricey W hotel. There are so many little towns to explore, we were glad we had a car. A huge shout out to the host - every question we had before and during our stay was promptly answered and taken care of.

Great location, beautiful house

The house is spectacular and the location is perfect, two minutes by golf cart to the beach club and backing directly into the golf driving range. The two larger bedrooms are beautiful the third is adequate and the living, kitchen and dining area is great.

Nice house but frustrating experience

We spent 4 nights and had a mixed experience. We got in late and missed meeting Isma. Perhaps things would have gone smoother if this had been possible. This was our 2nd stop in Costa Rica & check-in instructions came after our arrival. Isma prefers not to give her WhatsApp#, which is fine-- but we couldn't open her links on the road. Make sure to access wifi and screenshot everything ahead of time. The VRBO site's directions and 2nd directions sent by Isma give 2 different codes, which caused us a good deal of confusion. You will need BOTH codes. The 2nd set works ONLY for the gate, not the front door. If you've been to Conchal Reserva, this is a fun house. If not, there aren't tips on how to maximize your stay so we learned through trial & error. (Some unpleasant interactions at the hotel. We learned to stay in the lovely Beach Club areas.) I kept asking if we'd missed a welcome packet. I've never stayed at a VRBO without helpful tips. (LOTS about how to run the blinds & notes to turn off the air conditioners.) The guest bedroom doesn't lock. This is an open concept house so we wish we'd known this. (Walls aren't solid to the outside.) We had to request more than a "starter" supply of toilet paper, which was odd and took time. I found Isma to be fairly defensive at times, helpful at others. Lots of neighborhood construction. (Wish we'd known.) Beautiful beach & fun golf cart. Loved staff at Beach Club & restaurant.

Unforgettable villa

We had an amazing stay at this uniquely designed villa. The architecture layout and details are what makes this property so unforgettable. It was perfect for a family with teens and grandma, allowing for privacy or quiet time when needed while also having nice communal space. The resort club also provided many amenities that we took advantage of at member discounts. Isma was also kind and responsive to our questions, making sure we were always taken care of. Wonderful stay that is truly unforgettable .

Paradise

Our fourth stay in the Villa and it was again wonderful! The house and pool are beautiful. The Reserval Conchal beach club pools, restaurant and beach are world class. We’ve made amazing family memories in Villa 34. Isma is a great host. Andrei with ConcalFun is our go to for airport transportation and day trips. The Mangrove tour is excellent. We plan to do a fifth stay. Pura Vida!
