The host was very responsive and had thought of extra things to help guests enjoy the stay. For instance, she had bear spray and bug spray available for guests' use. She also had a cooler and frozen ice packs ready to use. Those were bonuses on top of the normal things you find at most VRBO homes.
Communication with the host was excellent and the instructions and guides at the house were on point without being overdone. We have stayed in the Aspens multiple times and this unit was the most well equipped and thoughtful to the guest as any we have ever used. Hosting has to be tough as it seems many guests must make it hard to keep the unit stocked with anything of any quality or quantity, as stuff gets ruined or not cared for as if it were their/our own, but from the kitchen stocked as if it was your own home, to the small things like the added power ports by the beds, Raspberry Moose was extremely well thought out for a comfortable guest experience. Even keeping lesser used previous guest items on hand like bear spray, insect repellent, basic spices, coffee and tea, all without any kind of clutter was so well done and a first for us. Having to immediately head for the store for some basic personal or food prep items immediately after check-in, or having a kitchen equipped with a dull knife, 8 spoons, and an old skillet can test your survival skills at some properties but it was the best experience to see how the guest's comfort was so well considered here. The Jackson/ Wisdom areas and location of the Aspens are fantastic as most will attest, but we were so appreciative of this unit and the thought that went into it. Thank you to the host and we honestly hope to be back.

Thank you for noticing all that, it’s exactly what I strive for!
Our stay at Jackson Hole was made even more special by staying at the spot. Conveniently located to the mountain and not too far away from Jackson, it’s a great location. We were able to see Fox and moose on a few different occasions while we stayed there. Our host was amazing and very accommodating! We’ll definitely stay here again. Next time we come to Jackson Hole!
A fantastic peaceful location away from the crowds yet with really easy access to Jackson, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone. Mary Ann is very communicative with tips and suggestions, as well as checking in on the state of the unit. Definitely will return.
Wonderful Stay Near Jackson Hole!We had a great time at this Vrbo condo just outside Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The property was quiet, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for a peaceful retreat. The back porch was a highlight, offering a tranquil spot to unwind with chipmunks darting around and even deer spotted in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, though we couldn't resist dining at the nearby Calico restaurant multiple times-it was that good!Easy access to the hustle and bustle of Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Grand Tetons made it simple to explore, then return to the calm of this cozy condo. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
Mary Ann was very helpful in ensuring that our arrival was easy and smooth. The condo had everything we needed and more! We will definitely reserve Mary Ann’s place again when we return to Wilson.
This condo perfect for our trip. Everything we needed was supplied. Perfect proximity to all of the activities we planned, from fly fishing to ATV rides, and e-bike delivery. The e-bikes were recommended by the owners, and it turned out to be one of our favorite activites. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Owner went over & above to take care of our needs. Check-in was easy, Great location, only a few minutes from Grand Teton National Park/Jackson Hole. Condo was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Very Clean!
I can not say enough about this condo. For a one bedroom it is laid out so well It was my husband and I and our teenage grandson In the common space there are bunks and a window nook bed as well. Very well appointed. Peaceful location (both the property and this condo in particular). We prefer less people and traffic so staying in Wilson as opposed to Jackson Hole was just the ticket. We are big hikers and this location allows you to avoid going through town to get into Grand Teton. Mary’s communication was fabulous even though she was traveling in an opposite timezone Book this location, you will love it!
We stayed here during my daughter’s wedding. Ideally located close to Jackson, the airport and the beautiful Grand Teton National Park. But it’s also nestled in a walking community with a market and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and brilliantly appointed. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needy for a cozy getaway surrounded by nature-so excited to have numerous sightings of wildlife, moose, deer, foxes ect. I can’t give enough accolades to our host, who was the epitome of what should be the blueprint for all hosts!! Not only was she prompt in her responses, she made sure our stay was stress-free!! We enjoyed every moment of our time here. I would absolutely stay here again!!

cozy little place
Myself and 4 friends stayed at this cozy little place for 3 nights. The place is well appointed and comfortable. The owner Mary was communicative and pleasant to deal with. The place comfortably slept 5 people. The fireplace was such a welcome addition although we could not find the ash can to dispose off the leftover ash. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook with. There is a market close by which was a huge positive for us. The place is a comfortable 10-15 mins from the JHMR. The only issue we ran into was the lack of soap. We had to run into the store to pick some up.

Thanks for these nice words! There is an ash can in back, I think no one uses it! Sorry about the soap, it should’ve been set out, typically is and I keep a stash of toiletries under the bathroom sink. Please always ask if you can’t find something!
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. Mary was responsive and helpful. The location gave us good access to Jackson and Teton Village and of course the national park. We had breakfast every morning at Persephone. We did not cook but all the essentials are provided if you wanted to. Beds were comfortable. Teenage daughter slept on bunk bed and son slept on bed near window. Appreciated the king size bed as well .... that was one reason we chose the property. My only recommendation is the shower could use a new tile job as there are signs of water damage that cleaning and caulking won't help. I know because I had to do the same to my shower at home recently.

I would like to assure guests that shower/tub tile is regularly maintained and was re-caulked recently. Many of the Aspens condos have retained their original shower tile. Water damage that is not typical of a property of this age I would not agree with.
This condo was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent. Very scenic and quiet but also close to Jackson. It was a excellent location for taking scenic day trips to explore the area. Excellent restraunts nearby for food takeouts.
This condo is in a great location to enjoy all the area has to offer. We liked the quiet neighborhood.

About the host
Hosted by Mary Ann
I live in Austin and after visiting JH only once in the summer of 2010 fell in love with the area! I rented in the Aspens the following summer, and bought my own unit 6 months later and come as often as I can. I've made good friends during my regular visits here, and I love sharing Jackson Hole with visitors (and now with my husband!) and I take an interest in helping you plan your vacation. If there is anything I can do to point you to a resource to plan your trip, just ask!
Why they chose this property
The Aspens is the ideal location, with all the amenities you need including 2 restaurants, sports gym, coffee shop, grocer, and recently opened Belle Cose a very nice clothing/home shop. Calico restaurant just down the road is excellent, as well as many others. Located just four miles from Teton Village, you're out of the heavy Jackson traffic. One of the very best coffee shops, Elevated Grounds, is nearby along with an excellent small grocer, Aspens Market. You can ride your bike right into Grand Teton Park and now over the Snake River on the new ped/bike bridge and right on to Jackson, all on a protected bike trail! The bike trails continue to expand every summer, and there are miles and miles of flat terrain along with the hills. Lots of moose in this area as well and the chances of one walking by my unit are VERY HIGH! Fly fishing and rafting can be enjoyed just down the road along the Snake River.
What makes this property unique
I treat this condo like it is my home and guests pick up on that and comment, it doesn't have the typical feel of a "rental". This unit is in the Berry Patch which is in a quiet spot at the back of the Aspens. Almost no traffic, nicely secluded, and lots of moose grazing on the willows! I spend time hear several times during the year and always incorporate upgrades to the unit.
