Welcome to the Old North End, a quiet tree lined neighborhood within Colorado Springs. Tied as #1 of AIRDNA's top 100 in Colorado Springs. Our apartment is steps from CC, parks, dining, bars, and plenty of culture. You’ll love the neighborhood, the people, and the open spaces minutes away (not to mention some great running trails).

Walk/bike to the east/west to find trails and parks. We have 2 bikes for your use. Head north or south for the college, up and coming bars, coffee shops, and stores.

Our space is a very unique, clean, and accessible apartment, perfect for anyone visiting Colorado Springs. It is readily equiped for 2 - 5 people. The 5th person can sleep on the single bed, but it is a very simple fold out. If you have more than 5, please contact us for a booking request. The full kitchen is available for use. We do provide a very simple breakfast that normally include bagels, cream cheese, bananas, and then milk and orange juice. If you have any requests, let us know.

You have full access to the apartment and the backyard. The hot tub is available from 8 am till 10 pm. Please shower before using it. It is maintained at 80 degrees so if you would like to use it let us know so we can heat it up.

Anything you need, let us know. Any special requests prior to arrival, don't hesitate to ask. We'll do our best to accommodate.

We live in the house next door. The neighborhood is awesome, the bars are great, and the happy hours are even better. Ask and we'll try and guide you as best we can.

Park on the street if you have a car. If you're going to drink downtown, we have two bikes for use. No need to push your luck with the cops. We also may be available to pick you up...although we do enjoy downtown as well.
