The host was wonderful. Teresa responded quickly when we had questions about the property. Our only issue was with the living room furniture. The sofa’s were extremely uncomfortable, and we had to use pillows to support our backs. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful home with a great backyard with covered fire pit. Very comfortable house, very nice neighborhood, very close to the base and close to everything. We will be back for future family gatherings.

We had such a great stay! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fantastic—we were able to cook a full feast with ease, which made the stay even better. The host was wonderful to communicate with—very responsive and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it!

Great Host

This is a very nice large house in a peaceful neighbor with a view of the mountains. Restaurants and groceries are minutes away. The host was very thoughtful and pays attention to details. Also extremely responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Teresa's house for four nights and really appreciated all of amenities she had there for our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and the house was very comfortable. We like to cook our own meals and there were plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Sadly we didn't have time to use the backyard so can't comment on that. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Colorado Springs!

Family weekend at Air Force Academy

Everything about this place is perfect. Well stocked kitchen, huge master suite, nice deck off the kitchen, full size washer and dryer, comfortable beds, easy check-in and a host that is super easy to get ahold of. She messaged me a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. 5 star’s rating for sure.

Greatest vacation

My family and I had the greatest time on our vacation. Our stay felt like home away from home. Everything was organized and labeled and so clean. The property is beautiful and the location was great! It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. If there was anything we needed or any concerns or questions, Teresa responded very quickly and is very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again! Our host was more than helpful and understanding! She replied to messages instantly and was a source of information about the local area. Two issues arose and she was kind and helpful both times working with me to resolve the issues! The house is wonderful and the WiFi is great. The weather was rainy most days, but when possible, the Grandchildren enjoyed playing in the large backyard. The house is located in a clean, middle-class neighborhood and we felt safe during our stay! Highly recommend this Vrbo!

Great gathering place

This place has a great location. Short drive to so many activities. We had a graduation in Pueblo, dining at Prime 25 in Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Zoo, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and shopping close by. After a day full of excitement this home was a perfect rest and recharge place. The kitchen is well stocked with a great layout open to the dining room and living room where we could all talk and plan our adventures. The grill out back was a bonus. Teresa was a great host. She kept in contact with us as we progressed through our trip. She made sure of arrival, departure and ease of access. Off street parking for our rental car was appreciated. We may be back in a few years to celebrate another graduation and will keep this place on our list.
