We loved the location of the house. It’s close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, and Bear Creek Park. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed family meals and playing board games at the large dining table and we had fun playing pool. When needs arose Austin was a very responsive host.

We had an incredible stay for our family trip! Truly even better than the photos! The grand foyer and dining area were stunning, and everything spotless. The location is perfect—quiet, yet minutes from Old Town. The master suite was luxurious, with an amazing balcony view, a spacious walk-in his-and-hers closet, and we loved the his-and-hers sinks. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the master bath dual shower heads and steamer felt like a spa. Check-in was smooth, though a garage remote would be nice. The host was fantastic. One note: the pool table was uneven; fun but not perfect. The smoke alarms are sensitive, and the driveway is steep, though the two-car garage helped. The basement had a side entrance. There were many light switches, so labeling could help. As a musician, the piano was amazing. I had a great time playing it and would go back just for that. Overall, it’s perfect for families, couples, or remote workers. I absolutely would stay again!
