Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in southwest Colorado Springs, this three level home offers 5 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and three living spaces. Enjoy the Rocky Mountains and city views from the expansive deck, or relax in a hammock in the backyard. Be alert, wildlife is abundant and encounters with deer, turkey, bobcats, and an occasional bear are likely. Gather with family and friends in the large kitchen, cozy family room or lower level recreation room. The House was a perfect location and size for our family. Kitchen was a perfect size with all equipment needed for cooking. House was not clean upon arrival. We had to vacuum certain areas of the house, wipe down bathroom cabinets and scrub the tub.At some point the carpet needs to cleaned.Dirty unwashed dishes had been put away by either the cleaning crew or the prior guests. We cleaned all dishes before usage. Downstairs basement back bedroom mattress sunk in the middle and needs to be replaced.We are grateful the house was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels etc.The kitchen was well stocked which was appreciated. The little kids loved the toys in the basement! We also put up the Christmas tree the host made available in the garage. That was a good surprise!

Cheyenne mountain stay

The property was in a beautiful location and exactly as described. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings that we stayed there. Kitchen was very well equipped and the view from the top floor bedrooms was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

This was our first visit to Colorado and it was fantastic! Booking, checkin, and checkout was a breeze. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. There was plenty of space for sleeping, gathering and also alone time for everyone. The back deck has a great view of the mountains! The kids enjoyed also enjoyed the games and toys. Overall A and hope to be back someday!

We really enjoyed our time and the house felt like home the 5 nights we stayed! It was in driving distance to all we wanted to do. Loved the quiet neighborhood and we saw lots of deer including a mom and her baby in our backyard! Highly recommend!

We loved staying in this home during our trip. We were a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, etc. The view was AMAZING! The house was well-stocked with anything we would need from towels to bedding to kitchen utensils. We would highly recommend for families traveling in this area.

Home away from home

This had a country feel. In the mornings and evenings, a family of deer visited the backyard. There were also fantastic views in the front and back of the home. We also love all the cookware that was provided. This home is excellent for large families.

Fantastic mountain getaway

Very clean well stocked home in a well positioned location. Close proximity to all attractions and wildlife everywhere. Beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain out your back door.
