This very large and spacious home is nestled in the scenic foothills, at the base of the spectacular Cheyenne Mountain. Gold View is your home away from home is the perfect place for special family celebrations, work retreats, and your next important gathering. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in southwest Colorado Springs, this three level home offers 5 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and three living spaces. Enjoy the Rocky Mountains and city views from the expansive deck, or relax in a hammock in the backyard. Be alert, wildlife is abundant and encounters with deer, turkey, bobcats, and an occasional bear are likely. Gather with family and friends in the large kitchen, cozy family room or lower level recreation room. This home offers everything, including a luxury master suite with king size bed, balcony and jetted tub. The nicely appointed kitchen will surely please the cook in your group. Enjoy outdoor dining while watching the sunset over the mountains, then light up the night with the fabulous fire pit table. Many wonderful memories have been made here. The view from the deck was beautiful and very peaceful. The house provided lots of room for our extended family to stay together and enjoy all of the great sites to visit around Colorado Springs. One bed in the basement was broken and we did have a misunderstanding about how trash pick up was managed. But the management company was responsive and helpful.

The House was a perfect location and size for our family. Kitchen was a perfect size with all equipment needed for cooking. We enjoyed the wildlife that came around morning and evening on the back deck. Great views of the city at night and mountains in the back of the house. Look forward to coming back again.

Cheyenne mountain stay

The property was in a beautiful location and exactly as described. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings that we stayed there. Kitchen was very well equipped and the view from the top floor bedrooms was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful Mountain View!

We really enjoyed our time and the house felt like home the 5 nights we stayed! It was in driving distance to all we wanted to do. Loved the quiet neighborhood and we saw lots of deer including a mom and her baby in our backyard! Highly recommend!

Excellent home for families

We loved staying in this home during our trip. We were a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, etc. The view was AMAZING! The house was well-stocked with anything we would need from towels to bedding to kitchen utensils. We would highly recommend for families traveling in this area.

This property is so gorgeous. The view of the Cheyenne Mountains are right out the back and a beautiful view of Colorado Springs is out the front. The house is clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space for a large family.

Fantastic mountain getaway

Very clean well stocked home in a well positioned location. Close proximity to all attractions and wildlife everywhere. Beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain out your back door. Colorado Springs

The check in and check out process was easy. The property was just what we hoped for, even the wildlife showed up (every day) to greet us! The property was a little challenging for my mother due to all the stairs, but other than that our vacation was perfect! I will definitely be going through VRBO for our next family adventure!

A lot of space for our family of 5 adults and 2 children!

There are age appropriate toys that kept the grands busy! The zoo was 15 minutes from the house. Back deck was wonderful space too! Garden of the Gods was great and only 20 minutes from the house!

Home away from home

This had a country feel. In the mornings and evenings, a family of deer visited the backyard. There were also fantastic views in the front and back of the home. We also love all the cookware that was provided. This home is excellent for large families.
