We really enjoyed our stay! The host was wonderful and so easy to communicate with, which made everything feel seamless. The house was lovely, very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. While the surrounding area wasn’t quite what we expected, once we were at the house we were very happy with our stay. For the price, it was an excellent value, and we would definitely stay again!

Very clean and roomy for our family of 6. AC was great for the hot days. Quiet neighborhood and great views. Bring binoculars!

This is a great property surrounded by many things to do in the area. We had a family of 7 and we had a ton of space. Everything we needed was in the rental. All the sites we wanted to see were less than 15 mins away. Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, Red Rock, Manitou Incline and lots of shopping areas.

Great family house

House was great. Plenty of room for seven people. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but other than that it was a great stay. We had a few questions during our stay and the communication was quick and helpful.

This was a great house for a girls trip - positive plus was it had 3 bathrooms! The location was good with easy access to the areas we wanted to go. They were doing street work so we couldn't really park in the front - but Kaitlyn allowed us to park in the garage which was great for 3 older ladies! We felt much safer doing that. The one draw back was they were short on towels and flatware- we had to had wash dishes more than we would like. Also there wasn't a book or anything in the house that had information about the property - WIFI, check out, ideas for things close by.
