Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 60 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

Safe, comfortable home with great access to I-25

We rented for 3 months while we waited for our new home to be built. Chad (our host) was incredibly responsive to our questions and so friendly & easy to interact with. The fenced yard was great for our pets and the beds and couches were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt totally safe there. It was a great location too!

Great Getaway

We loved this house it has everything you could need on your vacation stay we absolutely loved it. Great location, very clean i would definitely stay here again and i would 1000% recommend. Chad is wonderful very friendly, and accessible.

Making Colorado history

Super cozy- host shoveled every morning, fireplace was definitely used, nicely stocked kitchen and very clean house! Host even shoveled back patio and path onto the grass for our little toy poodle! We were all very comfortable and would definitely stay again in the next history making snow storm- lol

2nd-time Guest - Excellent Stay

We were so impressed with this property last year that we booked our annual trip (4 adults) there again. Easy check-in/out, excellent communication with Chad. Such a comfortable home, plenty of room to spread out, but also really enjoyed dinners together in the dining room & hours of talk time on the back patio & in the mornings in front of the fireplace. Took many long walks along streets lined with trees sporting blazing fall color in the incredibly quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped & a short drive to anything else you might need or want. The 3 guys in our group visited & highly recommend the superb Ntl Museum of WWII Aviation. Chad makes this house the VRBO gem that it is with his care & personal attention.

Travel GRITS

I traveled with 2 friends from Louisiana to Colorado Springs. We belong to a group called GRITS for Girls Raised in the South. We had a lot of fun there and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Chad has a very lovely kitchen with keurig coffees. We are all tea drinkers so it would have been nice to have some tea options but it was not a huge issue. The bedrooms were so lovely and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and he has tower fans in each which was a lovely touch. Lots of hangers and 2 luggage stands in each closet which was great! He has a hallway linen closet with lots of towels so we never ran out. Lovely and thoughtful. In the basement were a washer and dryer and some detergent. We didn’t need to use it but it was nice knowing it was there if we needed it. The neighborhood is quite nice as well. One day when we returned to the house there was a family of deer grazing in the front yard. It’s a quiet neighborhood, never had a problem with noise. Convenient to so many things and stores. We all slept great and there is a little patio area off the den which was nice for sitting and reading. Chad was very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely love to stay at this house if we are in Colorado Springs again. Perfect in every way.

Great time in Colorado Springs

We loved our stay at this house! It was absolutely gorgeous, with lots of areas to spread out, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, and a beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen had a selection of coffee and snacks, plus a few extras in the fridge. We would definitely book this again!

Wonderful Home

My husband and I stayed at Chad's house for 4 nights this month. We have stayed at VRBO's many times, both in the United States and in Europe. I have to say that his house was one of our favorites. I was worried at first because I have bad allergies and he does allow pets. I did not have any allergy problems at all which told me that the house was very clean. We found it to be very comfortable all around and the neighborhood was super quiet, even on a warm Friday night. Chad responded quickly to all of my messages which was nice. We were there to take care of family so didn't get to tour around very much but getting to the main roads was very easy and convenient. We did cook meals and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. The photos show a Keurig single machine but there is also a full size coffee maker in the cabinet. It was also very nice to have phone chargers on the night stands so at night we could just set our phone on it and wake up to a fully charged phone. We would definitely stay there if the house is available when we return to Colorado Springs later this year.

A fabulous experience!

This was the perfect home for a week-long vacation for our family of four! The host, Chad, is fabulous, the house is clean and comfortable, and the amenities are plentiful. We look forward to staying here again!

If I could give 6 stars I would...

Wow! First off, my family and I have stayed at a variety of Vrbo type locations and I can tell you that Chad is on top of it!! What a fantastic, accommodating, thoughtful host. We had a special request due to our flight arrival and he accommodated us, no problem. He checked about food allergies or anything, as well. There were snacks on the counter and new OJ and milk in the fridge. The kitchen had every conceivable appliance you could need, as well as tons of utensils. We stayed at a different Vrbo recently and they had three plates...for a family location. We did not want for anything here. Ample supplies in the bathroom, lots of choices on a large TV, almost every lounging couch reclined. It was wonderful. The backyard had lush, green grass and lights strung along the structures that made nights very pleasant. The pillows in all rooms were plush and high quality - as was the bedding. In each closet were extra pillows, too. Felt like I was in suburbia - we did not have to drive more than 15 minutes to ANYTHING. It was just my son (13) and I - he had some medical appointments at the children's hospital. My son now wants to move to Colorado Springs. GREAT PLACE!!

A perfect getaway

The house was amazing and looked exactly as presented in the images. Host was responsive and helpful and stocked treats, and general kitchen items that came in useful. House was within 20th minute drive from most Colorado Springs attractions and max ten minute drives from eating establishments, both chain and local. We wished we had chosen a longer stay because we enjoyed spending evenings and mornings on the backyard patio and the nice weather. We will stay again and again when in the area.

Comfortable and clean

This house was as described. It was very clean and perfect for 3 adults. The manager provided snacks and coffee which was much appreciated. In the 100 degree weather the a/c worked beautifully.
