The Space:
This gorgeous house is ideally situated, just one street off from a busy road, offering the perfect blend of easy access, peace, and quiet. Within walking distance, you'll find yourself in Old Colorado City, surrounded by great food, awesome patios, and occasional live music!

ENTRY
As you approach, you'll appreciate the convenience of our custom keyless entry code. Once inside, the spacious layout on the main level welcomes you with incredible, tall ceilings and completely updated features.

LIVING ROOM
Kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the large 55" Smart TV, visible from the kitchen, dining room, or living room.

KITCHEN & DINING
Whether you cook to live or live to cook, you'll be impressed by the fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, oven, and microwave. The open layout provides plenty of seating, eating, and relaxing areas for your stay.

KING MASTER BEDROOM
The main level hosts a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet with hanging organizers, and a private on-suite bathroom. The fully stocked bathroom includes soft towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and more. With two vanities and a gorgeous, spacious shower, this master suite has it all!

QUEEN BEDROOM
Upstairs, find a queen bedroom with a closet featuring hanging organizers for your convenience. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in luxurious sheets and fluffy pillows.

QUEEN MURPHY BEDROOM
Also upstairs, a versatile room with a sit-stand desk for work. The space includes a wonderfully comfortable Queen Murphy Bed, offering flexibility for sleeping arrangements or additional office space.

BATHROOMS
The main level boasts a half bath, and the master bedroom has an on-suite full bathroom with a large shower. Upstairs, discover a full bathroom with a bathtub. All our bathrooms are sparkling clean and generously stocked for your comfort.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house for the duration of your stay to include the hot tub, fire pit, and fenced in yard.

The Neighborhood:
Right there in Old Colorado City, the access to Downtown Colorado Springs, I-25, and all of the local tourist attractions are so convenient!

Getting Around:
There are many restaurants and bars in walking distance and yet nothing is really too far when driving either!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
