Step outside to enjoy the backyard, complete with a grill for outdoor cooking and games for added fun. The home's thoughtful layout offers flexibility, with two levels to explore. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, including the master suite, which boasts a luxurious king bed and private access to a second-story deck—ideal for unwinding with a morning coffee or evening breeze.
This pet-friendly retreat ensures a welcoming stay for all, including your furry companions. To provide peace of mind, our dedicated five-star cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and maintains the home, focusing on high-touch areas, so you can enjoy your stay with confidence.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking and biking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
Other Things to Note:
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Parking: driveway on the right side will fit up to 4 cars. There is also on street parking
* There is central AC throughout the home
* The fire pit has been removed due to city regulations
* There are two cameras on the property one that is in the front yard facing the drive way and one in the backyard
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.
This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
