Perfect for a family stay! Living room had plenty of seating for playing board games and watching a movie together. Dining room table comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Spacious kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. There's a primary suite with bath and large closet on the lower level and a full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs (two with Queens and a daybed with a pullout that sleeps two). There's also a cute little playroom for younger kids upstairs. Parking was easy, we had two cars and never had any problem finding a place to park in front of the house. Cute backyard space. We really appreciated the framed signs throughout the home with helpful information/instructions. Check in and check out were both very easy with clear checkout instructions. Many options for shopping and restaurants nearby and easy access to the Air Force Academy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for family or friend groups.

Property information not accurate
The listing says there are 4 bedrooms (3 with queens and one with a king) and that is not accurate. One of the bedrooms has a twin day bed with a trundle. It is also very HIDDEN in the posting that the owner lives on site in the basement. We would not have stayed here if we knew this. The post says “private” and came up under whole house rental. You also have to park on the street only. Not in the driveway or garage. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency in the listing. The house was nice and clean but we felt uncomfortable having someone living below us.

Keypad for code on door is terrible to see, the light blue color is not great in the sunlight, I have seen others more readable.Rails for front steps would be very helpful especially on a sloped driveway. Back yard not inviting with all the weed growth.
The overall house is nice and clean. If you’re looking for a view or curb appeal this is not your place. There was a nice size backyard, but could use some TLC! And if you’re planning on doing any cooking, there are ample utensils, but not nearly enough plates and forks. Make sure you read the fine print as the owner lives in the basement.
