This is the perfect vacation 5BR rental house for you on a 0.51 acre land with a brilliant view of the mountains

This property was remodeled especially for vacationers and we can accommodate 10 adults due to the pandemic very comfortably.

We feature Gym, Hot tub, BBQ grill, Firepit, Viewpoint, Smokers patio, trampoline etc. for you.

It would be just to much to list here all what we've done to make you feel at home in this house.
This single family house has been fully remodeled to give our guests the best value for their money.

ATTENTION!

Please read this information before you decide to book our property:

Every guest older than 12 years of age must be considered as an adult at booking.

Smoking is allowed but strictly outside the house including recreational marijuana which is legal in Colorado.

If smoking inside the house is detected, there is a non-refundable extra 500 dollar cleaning fee.

There is also a 500 dollar extra cleaning fee for unauthorized pets.

Please DO EXCEPT the fact before you make your booking that NO PARTIES of any kind are allowed without the WRITTEN PERMISSION of the owners. (This is a city ordinance for short term rental properties since 1/1/2020.)

Our guests can enjoy the advantages of the entire house by themselves. No one else is in the house while the guests who made the booking are there.

In addition they can take advantages of the exceptionally large backyard with the unique panoramic mountain view from the back-end of the property.

We highly respect our guests privacy but since we are living only a few houses away from this property, if it is needed, we can personally assist you in just a few minutes to solve any issues 24/7.

This neighborhood is the perfect location for a quiet stay for you and your family. The front yard is facing a cul de sac and the 0.51 acre backyard ends up far above the street level. It gives you probably the best scenic view that is available in Colorado Springs.

The closest local public bus transportation is available at the World Arena which is about 15 minutes walk from the property.

The location of this property is a very unique one. It is only a few minutes drive to the best and most popular attractions in Colorado Springs like the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Broadmoor Hotel, World Arena etc.

Every guest older than 12 years of age must be considered as an adult at booking.

No parties policy - No parties of any type are allowed - No exceptions.

No animals policy - There is a 250 dollar extra cleaning fee for unauthorized pets.

No locals policy.

Smoking is allowed only outside the house - Smoking inside the house is a non-refundable extra 250 dollar cleaning fee.

Security Camera Disclosure: the house is equipped with one outside camera at the front entrance door and 2 outside cameras which are for our guests safety and convenience. One of those outside cameras is monitoring the driveway area and the other one is monitoring the hot tub area. Any of these cameras will be activated, and an active recording is taking place if someone comes close to the area which monitored by these cameras. It will record 30 seconds each time when motion detected. The recording will be stored at the alarm system provider company's server (Vivint) which is a recommended alarm and monitoring system. We do not monitor or watch these video recordings. We only use them for verification purposes if there is a damage, occupancy limit or noise issue at the property.

Noise level monitoring Disclosure: the hot tub are is equipped with a Noise level detector system (NoisAware). It is only monitoring the noise level and does not transmit or record anything, it gives only a warning signal to the owners of the property if the noise level is higher continuously than it is acceptable in a residential area. Any recording that take place during the stay of our guests can be seen by the person who made the booking by written request. As I stated above the videos are only stored for about 2 weeks by the monitoring company's server.
Dear Guest!

It is essential to read this House manual before or when you occupy the property to avoid any misunderstanding regarding your stay. We want you to have a very pleasant stay at our place. There will be also a copy of this House Manual in every room in the house.

In case of emergency please call immediately

The Elock code can be activated by pushing the given numbers on the keypad which will be provided in a message prior to your arrival. To close the door when you leave, just push the Lock icon on the keypad.

The alarm system panel is located on the wall by the main entrance door. If for any reason the alarm goes off, you have about 1 minute to cancel by using your private Elock code. In that case, you will see a red keypad on the panel and just punch in your Elock code to cancel.

Most probably the alarm monitoring company will talk to you immediately through the panel or will call the phone number you had registered at booking and you must identify yourself.

For safety reasons, FOR THE FRONT AND THE BACKYARD, there are 2 safety light switches in the house covered with a little plastic cover. One by the front entrance door and one by the lower living room sliding door. PLEASE DO NOT SWITCH THOSE OFF

There is a remote garage door opener on the countertop. When you check-out, make sure you leave it there otherwise we will charge $50 to replace it.

The Smart Thermostat is above the trash can in the main level living room in front of the kitchen isle. You can set the temperature for your convenience at any time simply pushing the bottom or the top of the thermostat panel.
To change the COOL - HEAT or COOL/HEAT settings, there is a button on the right side of the thermostat panel. Push to get into the settings with that button than you can choose the COOL - HEAT or COOL/HEAT options on the front panel. Then push the button on the right side again to activate the chosen setting. After that you can set the temperature to your convenience.
When you leave the house for more than 30 minutes, the smart system will set it to the preset value. When re-entering the house, you can override it again.

Security Camera Disclosure: the house is equipped with an outside door camera at the front entrance door which is for our guest’s convenience. It will be activated, and an active recording will be taking place if someone comes close to the door. It will record 30 seconds each time when motion detected.

There is one Queen size sleeper sofa in the house. It is on the main level by the window. The linen and the pillows for that sleeper sofa are in the closet in the ground floor bedroom in the corner. The is another built in closet in the hallway of the top level. This is the place where you can find extra towels too.

When you arrive, you may find some cabinet doors open to show you where you can find some essentials for your stay like coffee, cups, dishes, trash bags, etc.

The washer and dryer and all the essentials for them are on the top floor.

When you check-out please DO NOT put anything in the washing machine, we will take care of everything. You do not have to take off the linen from the bed, but if you do, just pile it up with the used towels in front of it.

Please DO NOT USE any of the white towels for removing makeups and ruining them intentionally.

There are 3 fire extinguishers in the house. One on each level.
On the top floor, it is located above the washing machine.
On the main level, it is located by the refrigerator.
On the lower level, it is in the garage by the door.

The FIREPLACE is only for decoration! It is strictly PROHIBITED to use it in anyways!

Please note that there is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. Of course, you can smoke in the back or front yard anytime and anything you prefer. But in case of any sign of smoking inside the house, we may charge a minimum of $250 for extra cleaning.

It is the same regarding animals. We do not allow to have any kind of animal inside or even outside the house on the property. That includes the visitor’s animals too. In case of any sign of animals inside or outside of the house, we charge a minimum of $250 for extra cleaning.

The first aid kit is on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen.

The propane grill is located on the patio. If you run out of gas, please call us and we will change it for you asap. Please DO NOT RELOCATE THE GRILL, use it only where you find it.

The office corner is in the lower level living room. For the PC you do not need any password.

The TV's are all TCL ROKU with quite some movies and channels. NETFLIX is also available, but you need to use your own login. Make sure you log out when you depart.

There is a small safe in the house for your convenience, but we only give you the code of that in-person upon request for safety reasons.

The trash cans are located inside the garage. They must be kept inside all the time because if they are left outside the house, it may attract bears to the area. The trash day is on Wednesday and we put the trash can on the sidewalk on Wednesday morning around 8AM according to the local rules. We will enter the garage without any other notice for that reason without disturbing you in any ways.

Very adequate for our needs. Great view, nice surroundings. Pleasant stay. TVs in many rooms a nice touch. Games provided appreciated. Needs some knowledgeable TLC: turf needs to be more secure for children playing. Hot tub very clean, however, cover appearance shabby. Kitchen: second drawer in 3drawer column NEEDs work! Safety of outdoor steps questionable. We would rent with you again.

I'm a proud husband of my wife Julianna, the father of our two daughters, and the grandpa of their five children - all living in Colorado Springs. We moved to the US from Hungary with my wife at age 54 in 2013 to be close to our family members.

I was an entrepreneur type of person my entire life. We built with decades of hard work from absolutely zero up to the top in the industry. This company was one of the most significant family-owned car parts manufacturing and retailing LLC in Hungary. We sold this company in 2013 when we had decided to move to the USA for good.

I love all kinds of sports, especially auto-sports. From 1995 for a few years, I had the opportunity to be a professional race car driver and, during that time to win the Hungarian Rallycross and Autocross champion in 1998 - sponsored by the Shell Oil LLC of Hungary.

I also love traveling, and fortunately, I had the opportunity to travel to numerous countries in different parts of the world. Probably, this is why I can appreciate the five-star hospitality and do my best to provide it to others in our own business.

As a VRBO vacation rental host, I aim to give all my guests even more than I would like to experience when traveling with my family.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property to start our vacation rental business in 2017. Since then, we have remodeled it a few times to make it even more comfortable for our guests.

By now, we have a finished basement, five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a gym, and this way, we give even more privacy for families and groups staying there.

The kitchen is very well equipped. We have everything needed to cook or bake a great meal.

The property is close to most major attractions, yet it is quiet and peaceful because it is at the end of Valley View street in a Cul-De-Sac.

What makes this property unique

This property is almost next door to ours, where we live on top of Stratmoor Hills. This way, if needed, we can provide even personal assistance within minutes.

The size of this rental property is one of the largest in this area! It has a sloped backyard at the back-end about 20 yards higher than the single-family house itself. We built a stairway and a trail up to the viewpoint of that higher area. From there, our guests can enjoy the most admirable view of the Cheyenne Mountains, including the top of Pikes Peak.

The house can accommodate up to 12 guests very comfortably. The property has been entirely remodeled to have guests comfortably on short terms.

The scenic sunrise can be seen from bedrooms #2 and #3 from the Queen size beds.
The view of the magnificent sundown can be enjoyed over the Cheyenne Mountains from the living room on the main level and the main bedroom on the top floor.

The property is close to everything, yet it is tranquil because it is at Valley View Street's end in a cul-de-sac.
