I can’t say enough good things about this house, the location, and especially the hosts. Laura was incredible with communication and made us feel welcome immediately. She was able to accommodate us last minute and truly rescued us during a very stressful situation. If we needed anything at all, I felt completely comfortable reaching out. The house was spotless, comfortable, and so welcoming, we will absolutely be back.

This property was perfect for our needs. We stayed for 7 months for medical reasons. House is within walking distance to downtown historic Norcross and easy access to I285 and I85. It has everything needed for both a short or long stay. Neighborhood is very safe, with a nice park just around the corner and elementary school down the street. It is well lighted at night. The hosts are great people and accomodated our every need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a fantastic stay here! It’s so close to downtown Norcross and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the house was squeaky clean, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. Our family was in Georgia for medical treatment and having such a cozy home in between appts was such a blessing. The hosts were AMAZING, checking in regularly, making sure we had everything we needed (including restaurant suggestions). As an aside, they were also incredibly kind to our children. The area was so quiet and peaceful, and we could walk to a local park and several places to eat or grab a coffee, which was amazing for us as a family.
We truly cannot recommend this place/host enough. It made a very stressful 2 weeks much more bearable!

This little place is super cute and nestled in the perfect spot. Short distance away from shops and restaurants, police station a block away. The house was awesome and clean. Laura and Greg were super friendly and helpful when needed! I will be staying again if I return to norcross!

Great work away from home stay
I am a single female and I felt very safe and enjoyed my stay 2 month stay tremendously. The landlords, Laura and Greg, live right next door and are very warm and friendly and ensured everything was taken care of. The neighborhood is great with darling shops and restaurants at the end of the street. A short walk with no need to drive. The only thing for potential visitors to be away of is this cottage is across from the train tracks. It was enjoyable to sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and watch the trains go by. The first couple of nights I was aware of the train noise but soon adjusted to hearing them. I would not let this prevent me from recommending Wingo Cottage and I would stay here again.

I rented Wingo cottage for a few months from Nov 2020-Feb 2021 and then again for a whole year starting March 2021. The house was perfect for our needs! We have a business in Atlanta and our permanent home is 1 1/2 hours away so my son stayed there full time and I was able to come and go as I pleased. The house is so cozy and we were able to walk for dinner anytime we liked. The main parks for Norcross are a quick flat walk and the city always has concerts and activities for the public . It is a very friendly little town. If you want the city you are about 15 miles from Atlanta and amazing restaurants , theatre , art museums , etc… Laura and Greg were so helpful with whatever came up and we have become great friends from our stay at the cottage!

Great place to stay in this small house, but serene and peaceful community in the metropolitan Atlanta. Location and neighborhood was our excellent choice after our long RV trip from California. We have enjoyed very much.

Our stay at the Wingo Cottage was absolutely amazing! Everything is as perfect as it seems online! The kitchen is compact and has everything you need. The bed is comfy and Laura is extremely accommodating and caring. I would highly recommend staying at this cozy, quaint cottage in downtown Norcross! The location is unbeatable; with restaurants, bars and a brewery in walking distance. We hope to be back!

The cottage was everything we needed and more. We stayed for 3 months while our home was being renovated. Having the "landlords" right across the street was an added plus. They left us alone, but if we needed them, they were there in a minute.

Coming into a new country and trying to settle in can be a daunting task. But a nice home can always make this transition very smooth. This is exactly what this place did for me. It was right in the downtown of Norcross a walk-able distance from some of the best restaurants. Police department is few houses apart, you can feel very safe. The house has spacious lawns for kids to play around (if weather allows) and plenty of spaces for parking your cars. This house literally has all the amenities you will ever need. From the electronic stuffs to kitchen utensils, this place has everything. What I liked the most was how the owners placed everything. It is neat, clean and most of the times you will feel this is much better than your home. It just gives you the feeling you are still at your home. The review will not be complete without mentioning a word about the owners. Greg & Laura, takes very good care of their guests and makes sure every need of yours is taken care of. They are the best in what they do. One should stay here to feel the true home away from home !!!

The property was great - awesome location. Laura & Greg were amazing. They live across the street, but are not bothersome at all. I loved living in their rental and meeting them. Feel like I have made 2 lifelong friends. I had my dog with me & Laura even took him for walks. Would absolutely stay again if needed a place in Norcross. Deserves a 10 star rating.

This cottage is the perfect turnkey accommodation. (The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook a meal and entertain a few people as well!) Everything is set up for a renter to show up with clothes and that's it! It's an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and still tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The train was a concern before I moved in but ended being an absolute non issue. If I ever need Norcross accommodations again, I'd stay here without hesitation. Greg and Laura are wonderful - both willing to help but also not all in your business. Thanks for such a wonderful renting experience!
