Enjoy a special getaway or romantic retreat at our fully-furnished kink-friendly space. Private, 5 room, freestanding building with dining room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower seating, king-size bed, 3 large playrooms with high ceilings, suspension bondage rig, and more. Additional equipment can be rented for more fun. Great for photography as well! Located right at the edge of Buckhead and Midtown, easy access to I-85. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for a night out. Adults only.

Great place to stay. Check-in was a breeze & the contents were as described in the listing. We did have an issue that was reported with the fridge the night before we checked out & the host was very responsive & is working to get it fixed for the next guest. Also, great eating places nearby. Would recommend Six Feet Under, Whiskey Bird & Meltaway Ice.

Things got a little spooky when we noticed a light on in the basement on the second night. Overall it was a real nice stay. Everything was clean. Violet was very responsive, very helpful. Thank you for the very interesting stay. We had fun!

I booked this house as a surprise date night with my husband. We live in metro-Atlanta, and I just told him to pack an overnight bag, but nothing else. When we pulled up to the house, I could tell he was skeptical, like he was questioning why we would rent a place when we live here. But, when we opened the door, his reaction said it all, “Oh, hell yes!” The rest can be summed up simply: We had a LOT of fun.
